Since you have not completed my transaction so far and have not responded, I am waiting for the answer to this message before trying one of the withdrawal methods. Otherwise I will start the chargeback process. This is a warning and I have all the records.

It’s not acceptable to make a customer feel like they’ve been scammed.
You claim 24/7 support on your homepage, yet it has been 5 days without a proper response. That’s not just disappointing — it’s damaging to your credibility.
I’ve invested a significant amount of money into your platform, and I’m not someone who simply walks away. I am a lawyer and an influential figure in Turkey, and I will pursue this fully.
Why are you ignoring me?
I demand that the refund process begins immediately.
Otherwise, I will initiate legal procedures through my contacts in the Netherlands and start the chargeback process via my bank.
I’ve already documented everything — this conversation is also being stored as evidence.
As a final warning, I will wait until Wednesday 14:00 (Netherlands time). If no action is taken by then, the refund will be forced legally.

Fast and screenshot download
I like that it is fast, reliable and you can download a comprehensive screenshot of your own skins or the ones about to swap, for CS2 at least. Sometimes the download or preview feature isn't working at all or with huge delay(which is frustrating). Also the fact that when you get items in backpack with tradelock, after lock expires you have 72h to withdraw or it gets sold back at the price from that moment(not the price you got it for) can be annoying.
