I deposited 400 euros and they just froze my account and require verification, no response for about 3 months! Just scammers, don't fall for this site.All comments are fake

The website is very easy to understand and use. The trades are very fast and it gives helpful insights about security of the trades.

Scammers dont check my verification since 26 april and no answer. Dont use that site!! Scammers!!! All reviews are fake.

Got Scammed, Lost $650 in Skins

I was scammed out of all my skins, worth $650. After I created a trade, it was suddenly cancelled and replaced with a new one that gave me nothing in return. It looked legit because the other account had a Swap.gg logo as the profile picture, but it was a fake account clearly set up just for this scam.

What’s even worse — according to Steam's trading rules, if a user changes their profile picture, they are supposed to be restricted from trading. That didn’t happen here, which raises serious concerns about how this was even possible. It seems like someone bypassed that security feature, or it was ignored entirely.

This kind of scam should not be possible. The fact that the fake account was able to trade so soon after changing its profile picture suggests major flaws in the system. Extremely disappointed. I don't recommend using this platform until they seriously address these security gaps.

Not to many choice on skin, but trade are fair and fast.

Hello everyone, I used this site around 14/01/2025 and replenished the amount of 1125 dollars together with the bonus, after I paid I received a message that I must pass verification, I will attach all the photos, they required me to take a photo of my bank card, my passport and also take a selfie holding all this data in one photo, of course I understand that this is a verification process, but they requested too much data, especially since I do not trust the site too much, which I use for the first time, but since I saw good reviews here I decided to use it, I asked the employees to make a refund to the card, but for some reason they ignored my request and the employee Ricardo only took and sent me automatic messages and a request to pass verification, and then stopped answering and doing anything at all, I also decided to write to their online chat on the site and contacted the manager Ricardo, he told me that he would contact the employees and ask them to approve my refund to the card, but he also only answered me and I did not there were no clear answers regarding the money, now about 4 months have passed and they have stopped answering me at all, I do not understand why they cannot return the money to the card in such a situation or simply explain why they cannot make a refund, I do not recommend this site so that you do not have similar problems and I will most likely go to court so that according to the law of consumer rights they return my money and collect compensation for lost time and moral damages, thank you all for your attention and please do not use their site
