Excellent service and real care. I went to Swapphone to rent a phone for a few months, starting on a very specific day. There was a glitch in their website that wouldn’t allow me to finish the process so I had to call client service several times. Eventually, they found a solution and did everything possible (including calling me when one of their emails went to my Spam folder), to make sure the phone reached me on time, and it worked! I’m really grateful for that and very happy with the service. Would fully recommend.

You’re paying over the odds, and the service was poor and frustrating.

Biggest con artists known. I bought a phone (£175.00) that you couldn't hear the caller's voice !!! They offered me £15.00 for the phone. I wouldn't touch the con artists

Phone won't last more than 1.5hrs with average usage - ie; don't use the screen at all. Normal usage 30-45m, forget using Google maps!!

I realise it's an older model and either the original battery or a cheap knockoff, I've replaced prob hundreds.

But the only purpose in getting this phone was one that lasted a day - with hopefully a refreshed battery. So to be honest, I'm in the exact same spot with my iPhone 6s Plus that I wasn't willing to replace another battery or screen on.

Support contacted me IMMEDIATELY after this review - for the only purpose of 'changing' the review. They care not about the problem.

P.S. It will turn of at say 48% battery - dead. Plug it in, back to 48% percent...... Not cool.

- was contacted by Swapphone - Which to me means the company is aware of the defect. Where I work - we work to resolve problems however submitted. Zero contact unless I chased it up????????????????????

Battery started at 89% health, within a month its at 58% 🤦‍♂️ (already went from 75% to under 20% battery power just writing this.)

They 'claimed' they would try sending a new phone. But I deliberately didn't reply once, to see if they even cared. They dont. This company IS NOT RELATED to the great SWAPFIETS!!!...

Easy and quick service. Got my phone next day. The phone is new and came already with a case and screen film.

What a waste of, literally, days of my time. Emailing back and forth trying to get an intelligent answer out of these people was a joke, and then they'll just end up declining your request when they can't be bothered to answer you properly. Utterly ridiculous - I'd spend your valuable time, and money, somewhere else.
