I am very happy to purchase a sofa from Sweef.se. It is very comfortable and nice looking.
Customer service was very quick to answer my questions (Email Only) and sending me samples.
One disadvantage though is I had to wait for 3 weeks to receive my sofa but I think this will be improved in the future.
I highly recommend ordering from Sweef if you are looking for a cozy and comfortable sofa.

The service were non existent
The service were non existent. Deliverence to the border of Norway faild. We had to drive over 24 mile to pick up the sofa. When we got home the delivery were not as ordered. We got some money after all the waiting and delays. Litle and no understanding regards the feeling of despair when I call to the company when nothing were right. I am not impressed.
But they have real good sofas!

det är jättetråkigt att er fåtölj levererades utan nitar som beställt. I ert fall tog det alldeles för lång tid för oss att kompensera er ekonomiskt, samt skicka er de lösa nitarna för fåtöljen. Det är under all kritik.
Jag kan läsa vår mailkonversation och ser att vi ett flertal gånger beklagat oss och bett om ursäkt för ärendet, vilket är en självklarhet, då vi aldrig önskar att en leverans ska gå fel. Vi strävar givetvis alltid efter perfekta leveranser och nöjda kunder! Det glädjer mig att ni trots allt är nöjda med era möbler såhär i efterhand.

Great quality of the sofa, and great delivery service, and the fact they could take our old sofa to be recycled. We were lucky and got the sofa the day after we ordered it, and if I get the chance, I will order from them again in a heartbeat!

I like this company
I like this company. I wouldn't say they're the best but they're definitelt dependable. I don't think that it's the last time I bought something from them, I'll definitelt come back at some point

The packaging is hard to carry
The packaging is hard to carry, specially for big soffas. If the delivery man would drop the soffa in front of the building and the customer is the one who should manage lifting it all the way up to the appatment, then the packaging should be made easier to be carried.
Assembling the soffa was easy, but the manual/guide is a bit confusing.
Otherwise, the soffa quality seems very good.

if the packaging wouldn't be thick it would risk damage of the sofas when being delivered. It has to be good for the sofas not to arrive in bad condition.
The best thing for the customer who lives alone, is to ask us to book a special delivery day, when the customer will be able to have help to carry it.

You can’t really say you’ve sat in a sofa until you’ve been sitting in a sweef. We went in to the showroom on the weekend, looked around, had really friendly staff guide us in our choice (this was Saturday), selected a bed sofa and booked home delivery, was informed it would be delivered the following week. I expected end of week - but lo and behold, Sunday (they day after we went to the store), I get a text asking what time I want it delivered on Monday! And then I get a call way ahead of time asking if I would like to have it delivered earlier. Its pretty much the exact opposite to what I’m used to when it comes to deliveries. Much credit due - and the couch is amazing. The only problem is that it’s so grand I am unsure if I have room enough for two!
