I'm very happy to belong to SweepNext 😊. The platform is entertaining and the team makes the experience enjoyable. However, I think they could improve the processing time of deposits to the bank account, since they usually take longer than expected, take more than 15 days and even up to 1 month. Even so, it is a good experience in general and I hope they continue to improve that aspect.

5 stars for vip support
The real star within this company is my vip host Michael Baxter. Since day 1 he has been there for every question or issue that i may have. This site has a good variety of games and ive even won a little. Some things they could improve on (cause nobodys perfect) are: better "low spin" option games for those times when you just have a few bucks and there email advertisements. I have received countless emails that say "free coins have been credited.... to go into my account and the "free coins" they advertised was actually a discount package. This can be very deceiving and may make people think they are missing something which probably increases the overall service issue emails and other things. Besides these issues i would recommend the site.. michael gets 5 stars from me so give him a pat on the back!! Overall a 4 though due to other issues as advised.

Good games... iffy redemption
At first this seemed like a very fun and unique online sweep casino. There games are high quality and the selection is large. The website runs smoothly and had no issues with the games themselves.
All that to the side I will get down to the reason I am giving them 1 star. The redemption process is very sketchy to say the least. I put in my redemption days ago and like many other people I received the generic escalation response from support. I'm still waiting on my redemption and will change my review based on if I ever receive it.
All in all this has been a huge letdown because of all the positive aspects of the platform. After all to the majority of "users" of this platform expect a clear and easy redemption process.

Slow redemptions
UI is fine, decent game selection. AI support is responses. My issue is redemptions, they are marketed as being 2-3 business days but seem to take much longer. My last one was going on about a week and a half before i cancelled it. Just made a new redemption of 2k and will update this review when i hopefully get paid out.

Having played on many platforms, a key feature creates value for me to continue playing, even through tough long streaks. My host/contact has been engaging, respectful, and responsive to any comments or issues that I have shared with him. It creates value and I appreciate that.
