They held my withdraw for 2 weeks until i swapped it to a bank redeem. After I changed it I waited 2 days for a smaller redeem about 200$ if I remember right. i had fun playing on sweepnext. much like others have shared, getting my payout was a pain for a while. the ai chatbot on the website kept saying they would “escalate the issue for immediate review” and that someone would reach out to me soon. this went on for 2 weeks. i finally asked the ai for an email address to email support. once i did that, i was able to communicate with an actual person (jennifer) who was so kind, responsive and helpul. i ended up opting for the payout card to be emailed to me and it was the next day.

It seemed like an overall good site has potential until it came to cashing out when I went to hit my redemption I was expecting a day maybe three but it is going on the second week of March and I initially started my redemption February 17th.... After speaking with a bot Amber the multiple times in customer support with no avail I found an email to customer support saying you know if I don't get some answers here I'm going to leave a bad review because this is ridiculous I don't want other people to go through this if this is a fake site or a scam. I got a response back saying that they're having a hard time pushing it to a card so if I cancel my redemption and then switch it to a payout virtual card it would work a lot faster so I did that and it said I was approved for it and I should be getting an email from payouts.com with my virtual card almost immediately and I didn't think anything of it I checked back a week later and it's still not here and I don't see anything and it's still Amber and she's not doing anything and I'm pretty mad right now

REDEMPTION STILL PENDING 17 DAYS LATER
It's been so long since I've played on the site that I can't even remember anything about it except for it's now been 3 weeks since I made a redemption and it's still in processing. I went on their instant chat and asked for an update on my redemption everyday for the last week. Each time they say they're going to mark it urgent forward it on (to where I can't remember) except for tonight their answer was different.
