Takes 2 months to pay out if they pay you at all

Been a member of Sweepslots for about a year or so and have had issues both times I've tried to redeem my winnings. I redeemed my winnings on 11/3/24, and finally received them on 1/7/25 after emailing support numerous times and receiving absolutely no response.

In the interim there I'd amassed some more winnings so I redeemed them on 2/14/25, and I haven't heard anything from them nor received my money. They say redemptions take up to ten business days -- this is a total lie.

Don't play here. It doesn't seem like I'm ever gonna get my money. You probably won't either.

UPDATE ON 5/22/25: Sweepslots has completely redesigned their website and my outstanding redemption mentioned in this review is now nowhere to be found in my account information or anywhere else.

Looks like I'm never getting my money.

Sweepslots Casino, has NO intentions of paying out winners!

Sweepslots doesn't pay out winning redemptions. They give you the runaround and a bunch of lies! I played last year and had to call daily to finally get my winnings! I decided to try them this year and they have NOT gotten any better. Each time I call AI gives the same messages. I requested a live rep. and each time it's Robert! He's no better than AI always a scriped message. They don't pay! This is a state side site in the USA! They definitely need to be shutdown! WARNING: DON'T PLAY HERE! UPDATE: This casino has no intentions of paying out winning monies! I spoke again with Robert, on April 29th and he wants a card I used in Dec. 2024, which I no longer have! It was compromised and canceled. What does a card from last December have to do with a withdrawal in April of 2025? Absolutely nothing, that's just another stall tactic NOT TO PAY! They are lying too & stealing from customers! NEW UPDATE: April 30, 2025: Sweepslots Casino has blocked my access to their website. I reached out via their FB page and was told I could contact technical support, ROTFLMBO, y'all blocked me because I'm not going away. I want my $600 that I won on your site! Where's my money?

I won 480 dollars and went to cash out…

I won 480 dollars and went to cash out on February 16th 2025. It says that if you redeem to a bank account or debit card it will take 5-10 business days to process. Well it's been over two months and I still don't have the money. I have spoken to support like 5 times and that was no help. They seem to only have one support rep and his name is Stephen!!!! I would like to gamble more but not if this is what that website is like. Take caution when spending your money here.

Don’t waste your time or money on this one!

I wouldn’t even give this site ONE star if I could choose! They don’t pay out! I have been waiting FOUR months for a redemption I’ve made and every time I try to talk to someone they say my request is pending that it will only take a few more days. I have been getting that response for 4 months now along with every other excuse they feel the need to make! WORST online casino ever! Don’t waste your time

UPDATE: May 8, 2025. Just a few days after my review on how I never received my redemption, THEY BANNED ME!! I guess they didn’t like my review on how I been waiting 4 months and they have sh*t service!

Worst Casino Ever!

Worst Casino Ever!!

I have played on basically all sweepstake casinos and this is without a doubt the WORST experience I’ve ever had.

Not only has it been almost 3 months now since I have not received my redemption but anytime I’ve reached out to support they have LITERALLY copied and pasted the same response every time. They don’t give you any updates other than the same copy and paste response; “backlogs”, “fraud charges” or whatever other excuse they use. The fact that every person that’s played on here and has a redemption pending and having the same experience should say something about this casino. And now that my state was removed from playing (CA) I can’t even track what’s happening with it nor have any reassurance that I’m still gonna get it.

This is the only casino I’ve ever wanted to either see shut down or just expose what they’re doing.

At this point I just have to accept that I’m not getting it, which is beyond frustrating but it’s what I have to do. I just want to see this casino crumble from all they’ve been doing to everyone.

Don’t play here, there’s so many better casinos than this.

I wish I could give them more stars. I’m in the games are fun but it’s been 12 days now 12 business days and I still have not received my redemption and I’m really losing all hope but reading that last of you maybe though I’ll get it I could really use it Other than not give me my redemption like you’re supposed to at at 10 days. If you want to cash out...try Modo or Pulsz…

I am not one to jump on a review site as I know there are two sides to every story. However, on 4/15 I turned in my 2nd request for a small redemption of $100.13. This is my 2nd attempt to cash out. The last time I just cancelled and played and lost the funds I had requested. I have sent several emails to no avail. I am just before contacting the governing and oversight bodies in Delaware if anyone has any advice as to the best route to take in that matter. I know its a meager amount but its my meager amount. DO NOT PLAY IF YOU WANT TO CASH OUT! I have sites like Modo and Pulsz that pay within hours! Weeks are a bit much. Especially when I am fully verified! Ty for listening.

4/28. CAN I POSSIBLY GIVE THEM A ZERO? STILL NO PAYMENT STILL NO CLASS! I'm turning in the arbitration mediation paperwork on Friday if I'm not paid. At least make them pay a little fee and take up some of their time if they won't pay me what they owe me.

I came back to see if they improved there redemption time and nope they’re still on that B.S. quit playing them since last year when it took them like 4 months for them to pay my mom and like 3 months to pay me. Horrible site. I’ll advise y’all to go play elsewhere.

4 months of NOTHING

I submitted a redemption request on January 27, 2025. It’s now April 15, 2025 and I still have not received my money. I have reached out to customer service MANY times and always get the same generic response, “they’re behind”. “Trust that you’ll get it”. I don’t. It’s been 4 months and no sign of my money coming. I highly encourage everyone to definitely NOT put any money into it, but don’t even bother playing at all, because if you do win anything you’ll NEVER get it. It’s a complete waste of time and potentially even bigger waste of money.

I deposited on Sweepslots.com and ran my money up over their $100 minimum redemption. I made a redemption request over a month ago, and several days after, my account was blocked stating I was in a restricted country. Florida is not restricted. Every other sweepstakes casino works here. It was not on their restricted list, and they were happy to let me deposit and gamble for months. When I asked support what was going on, I was told legislation forbids it in my state. That is untrue. No such legislation has passed. The only thing that changed was my redemption request. This was their reply:

I would like to inform you that, currently, our platform is not available in Florida due to state regulations. Please be assured that we are actively working to address this matter and are committed to expanding our platform to better serve all our clients.

NOT PAYING!!

I made a redemption with Sweepslots on February 7th, 2025 for $100.00 and I still haven’t received payment as of today on April 16th. I have always liked playing with them until this happened and it’s a small redemption! I have emailed and they have responded to maybe one of them currently telling they are backlogged and they will get to it when they can. I have no problem redeeming with any other sweeps lots casino, at all. But this one. It would just be nice to hear that when you’re depositing with them instead of when you’re trying to get what they owe you.

Also I have been verified since October of 2024 so that’s not the issue and they have redeemed a very close friend of mine on her redemption she made for more than mine. Something isn’t right about that.

I wonder how many other people are facing the same issue as me though..

They tell you 10 business days for redemption. I’m already at 20 and nothing. I’m counting it as a loss at this point. Other casinos pay out much faster. Don’t waste your time on this one.

I sent them several messages trying to redeem and it kept saying that my address or something was wrong. It took a few days after I sent the message for them to reply. The email I sent had my address, phone number, and etc. I tried to log back into my account and it's asking me to verify my phone number and now I can't even access my account at all. I have 900.00 plus dollars on an account I can't log into anymore because it doesn't accept the phone number associated with my account and it says to verify the number but it never sends me a code to verify.
