Should be able to give negative stars for this site. Waiting over a month now for a redemption, have been verified 2 years ago and still waiting while they tell me oh it will be ten business days completely ignoring that I am telling them it has been over a month so their 10 days is ridiculous to repeat when it's a lie.. and then they take their site down for how long to do so called maintenance and finally get it open again only to see there is no indication or history of my redemption shown there which I am still waiting for and they want me to verify again??? Wow, seriously there are so many great sites that pay and do care about people that play but this is not one of them I assure you. Do not waste time or your money hoping they will pay.

Today is May 20th and I have been waiting on my redemption since March 19th. On March 29th, I emailed support and they assured me that the payment was on the way and they were just backed up. Over the next month or so, the site was down due to maintenance. Now the site is up and my login and account no longer exists and I have to create another one. That means you deleted my account and redemption request. I paid for my coin package (which you processed immediately), won and you refuse to pay me. That is theft by law. I have all the receipts and emails confirming my winnings. I will file a lawsuit if my winnings are not paid as SweepSlots is an American based company.

Do not listen to these new comments on how great this casino is. Listen to the other hundred complaints just like mine.

I have been playing on this site for 6 months or more now, and the games seem to payout decent. It appears that the site went through a recent update and is finally back on line after not being available for about a month. New site does look good. Only time will tell how good the platform is now. Hopefully the changes were for the better!

I've been with sweepslots.com for about a year and a half and I've really enjoyed my game play there. I’m soo heartbroken 😔 I had my best chance to pay for my funeral the day (actually 2 hours before) this site went under. I won $2000 and now I’m probably gonna leave my mom with the bill. I hate how much bad karma is in the air right now.

Cannot get verified. Neither sweepslots nor plaid will do anything to help other than point the finger at each other and reset the verification process. I've tried everything they told me to and still verification fails. I have verified at over 30 other sites, including sites that use plaid with zero problems. I hit for $450 and I'll probably never get it.

I redeemed a $400 winning on 3/16/25. I never have received that redemption even after contacting customer support and them telling me that they were behind on their redemptions now I see that the website is supposed to be down for maintenance with a 72 hour up window. Then a 24 hour window 3 days ago, but it's still down. I guess I will never receive my winnings. Don't waste your time playing on this casino site. THIS SITE IS A SCAM!!!

i said i would update my review once i was able to log back into my account. an so i am. it seem yall had a big update. Im only rating a 1 for right now becasue before the update i had $800 in my account an now i have a balance of $0.05 on my account? I upgraded from one star to two. I would have done zero originally because the redemption took so long I lost hope it would ever come. Customer service kits gave BS excuses. But it did finally come exactly 2 months later.
