Good place I like it. Games take a few seconds to spin each time u spin. But besides that I like it have a lot of good games and fast payouts.

As soon as I tried to redeem my winnings from Sweeptastic they at first said that I chose the wrong payment method. Then I put in the payment method they wanted but when I re-requested my redemption then all of a sudden they disabled my account stating i have a “duplicate” account that is self-exclusion. This separate account was accidentally created by logging in with Google when I logged in with my Apple email but forgotten I had but I immediately closed that account (so I thought) since I didn’t mean to create it. I tried emailing support but they just keep repeating themselves, saying their decision is final. I feel like this was a ploy to not payout what is owed to me. They took my money no problem but don’t want to pay out. Stay away!

If sweeptastic had actually read my review than they would already know that I’ve emailed support many times but my issue was not resolved.
** To Sweeptastic : you have scammed me. Will emailing support, once again, even matter? Are you going to pay out the $397 you owe me?

Sweeptastic is new to me. I have been locked account from some other casino. So iI want to try this new one.
I used my facebook to login but after some days it doesn’t work.
I received email quickly from IT support with give me good support for my account. They are always polite, usually respond quickly.

You ever read short reviews and most likely it's fake, well this isn't. My experience has been great so far. The one redemption a day thing I don't know much about and I hope that can be restructured. Go to any site and click on a buy ammount that doesn't say deal and see what you get for what you spend. You get that and a Lil chump change. Not here! did a 299 buy and got an additional 70. That stood out as pretty generous. I've yet to cash out, but that was my gambling side getting best of me. I've canceled a lot of sites the last year, and I'm still on this one. So far so good, and great customer support with timely responses.

Been playing here since they opened... Finally won. Have been verified, submitted my redemption request via bank transfer on 6/7/2024 and they cancelled it and said I had to wait 24 hours to try it again. So on 6/8/2024 I tried it again. Same email we are canceling your redemption, you can try again in 24 hours.
I have asked what the problem is. I'm starting to doubt the validity of this sweeps casino.
This is very disheartening, I hope I can come back and change my opinion here, but so far I am pretty unhappy. So they forced me to jump through a few more hoops and loops but once completed the money was deposited the next day. I am hoping that this was a onetime process that next withdrawal wont be so rough.
