Sweeptastics, is definitely one of my favorite sites to play on. The customer service is acceptional! And their redemption time has definitely improved. Less than 24hrs. I definitely recommend trying Sweeptastics.

Great games had a hard time redeeming

Sweeptastic isn't new per say, but they are new to me. As someone who plays numerous online casino sites, I will say one of my favorites lately has been Sweeptastic. You get 4 free SC on sign up and from there they ALWAYS have a discount deal of some kind. They have almost every gaming provider every other major online site has, but their customer service is by far one of the best. They are always polite, usually pretty quick with a reply, as in less than 18 hours where some other places have you waiting days for a reply, and they always thank you for being a player. This is one site I will continue to play on!

Customer service is extremely friendly and helpful I won $5.00 of a Instagram competition cashout $180.00 and I received my winning the next day. I had an issue with my prize redemption. I reached out to customer support and they were quick getting back to me to help resolve my issue. I was able to proceed with my redemption and it didn't take long at all to process it and have it in my bank account. I've played on other social casinos and in comparison sweeptastic took a little bit longer to actually win, but when I did actually win enough to redeem my sweeps coins it was more than double what I have won on other social casino sites. I would recommend this site to anyone interested in trying social casinos and will continue to use this site myself. So far I've had no real issues that haven't been resolved and the customer service has been fast and friendly.

Constant 402 error on games. Says there is a daily 1 free SC but there isn’t. Offers all only good because they have games rigged heavily in their favor. Overall a terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I won $100 like my first day playing. That money was redeemed and in my bank (Chime) in less than 48 hours. My next win was the day after my deposit from my first win, that was a whopping $450 redeem. This one, it took much much longer. Very frustrating. I was sure it wouldn’t ever come. Finally nearly 4 weeks later my deposit came. So with this being said, they pay just have to realize things happen and people aren’t perfect.. will play again.
