Pathetic scam and Customer service
Highly incompetent customer service. Total scam. Just get your stuff from the chemist, much cheaper and no 12 euro delivery fee.
And get this, if you write a positive review you get money back. They send you an email with really detailed instructions. Losers....
And now they are using Trustpilot to email me since I blockend them.
Everything above still stands, plus I received more emails with more instructions how to write a positive review, with a special link so you can screenshot your review and get money back.
Why they are investing energy in chasing an accurate and negative review instead of improving their business I don't know?

Didn’t sign up for account my baby took my phone when I tried cancelling it they said it would take 14 days then I get email saying they taking 34.00 to credit my account when I got back in touch today they cancelled my account pritty quick and I recived confirmation in email scam of a company 12 days ago they said is get email of confirmation that it was cancelled and never did yet after speaking to someone this morning and saying id go trading standards it was cancelled straight away
