I asked a simple question: "What are the delivery charges and how long is delivery time to England? What would be an estimate shipping for a a single item under £20 as the website calculated over £12 - is that an error?"
Well, because I asked more questions they expected, the customer service blocked my email. What kind of attitude is that for a new potential customer wanting to learn more about the ordering process🤔 I was hoping to get an answer from the comment below but their delivery fees remain a mystery.

a good shipper keeps all possibilities in mind before sending their products out (especially across continents, in this case from Portugal to India). This was visible in the extra padding and bubble wrap packing that was added to products.
the products were all sealed and top notch quality. thank you! I was little skeptical initially, paying for extra duty for imported cosmetics, but I am glad I did.

this was my first time using sweet care. i ordered my order which was valentino body mist on the 8th of jan and it was estimated between the 15-21 but due to delays in shipping it ended up coming on the 23rd. two times i reached out to sweet care and both times they have emailed me back giving me details of where my order is at and reassuring my order is on its way. really good packaging will 110% buy from here again.

My experience with SweetCare has been outrageous. If I could I would have rated the experience far below zero. There is lies, lies and nothing but lies from them. Beatriz you suck!!! My order was never delivered, and the excuses I received were simply unbelievable. SweetCare claimed Norwegian customs rejected the shipment, yet both customs and the Norwegian carrier confirmed the parcel NEVER even arrived in Norway. So where is the truth?
The tracking information was contradictory, the order was reduced without explanation, and SweetCare repeatedly sent me copy‑paste replies instead of addressing the real issues. Even when I demanded escalation to someone competent, I received nothing but dismissive, generic responses.
A refund doesn’t solve the fact that the information I was given was false, contradictory, and completely unprofessional. The way this case was handled shows a shocking lack of responsibility.
I expect proper answers from someone in charge — not scripted nonsense.
I also see that this company gives the same answer to everyone here. Copy - paste!
Stay away from this company!!!! My learning is that I will never buy from any company that I haven't checked first!

The statement you present cannot reasonably be characterised as an apology, but rather as a disclaimer of responsibility. A substantial portion of your response is devoted to explaining that your organisation does not actively monitor Trustpilot and that the failure to respond was due to an internal oversight. That explanation does not relieve you of responsibility. Trustpilot is the platform used by your customers, and a failure to monitor it constitutes a failure in your customer service procedures.
I would further note that, in practical terms, I am a former customer only in name; the transaction was never completed, as the goods were never delivered. While you may describe the lack of response as an oversight on your part, customers do not forget instances of inadequate customer service.
For the avoidance of doubt, my review is intended as a factual account of my experience and serves as a warning to prospective customers considering a purchase from you. I am fully entitled to describe my experience as I perceived and endured it. That experience remains accurate irrespective of your subsequent statements. As the customer, I experienced a complete cessation of communication from your side.
Although the payment was eventually refunded, this does not constitute exemplary conduct but rather the minimum legal obligation; any alternative outcome would have been unlawful. You chose to consider the matter closed. I did not, and do not, share that view, as I have never received an explanation as to why I was informed that the goods had been dispatched after you had, without prior notice, reduced the quantity of items in my order.
It would be appropriate for you to acknowledge that errors were made and that incorrect information was provided. I have independently verified the entire logistics chain, from the Norwegian carrier (Posten) through to your organisation. As I have already stated on multiple occasions, the Elemis shaving foam in question is routinely shipped to Norway. Nevertheless, you attributed the failure of delivery to Norwegian Customs authorities refusing the shipment. This assertion is contradicted by the fact that I subsequently received the identical product from England without issue.
In light of the above, your assertion that your team “always strives to act with the utmost respect and professionalism” cannot be sustained on the facts of this case.

First of all, the rarest cosmetic/dermatologist products that I can't find anywhere, I find on Sweet Care. The packaging is amazing and sometimes they provide us with free testers with our orders (which is very smart). I do, however, get surprised sometimes from the sizes of the products

I ordered two products on November 29, with an expected delivery between December 10–16, but there has been no update at all and the tracking page hasn’t changed. Customer service told me they would only issue a refund after January 23 if the package still doesn’t arrive. I explained that I won’t be in Italy and cannot wait that long, but they took no responsibility and offered no solution. I currently have neither my items nor my money. Very disappointing experience! This will be my last order from this company.
