Nice store, but International shipping is expensive
Excellent choice of products, great sales and fast international shipping are what makes this store a good one.
What I didn't like was rather expensive international shipping that increases with the number of products you purchase.
They offer free shipping but the sum is very large, like 150 euros.
I would have bought more products but as the shipping was getting more expensive, I just took few of them to checkout

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. While the products themselves might be decent, the delivery process is absolutely unacceptable, to the point where it ruins the entire purchase.
My order arrived partially spoiled, damaged, and leaking, with holes in the packaging and no proper protection whatsoever. It’s clear that there is no quality control, no care in packaging, and no responsibility taken for how the products reach the customer.
What makes the situation even worse is that the company refuses to take any responsibility.
No returns, no refunds, no solutions — nothing. Any attempt to contact customer service results in dismissive, unhelpful responses, making it obvious that they are not interested in solving problems or supporting their customers.
In the end, you risk paying your money only to receive damaged products and zero assistance.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
Save your time, money, and nerves — choose a seller who actually cares about their customers.

I spent about €550 on Medik8 products…
I spent about €550 on Medik8 products at SweetCare, and just a few hours later the prices dropped by more than €120 in total. When I contacted customer service asking for a goodwill voucher or partial refund, they refused to offer anything, which feels very unfair. I am now considering returning the package and filing a complaint with the European Consumer Centre.
Very disappointed with their customer care and price policy.

As expected during promotional events, prices were temporarily reduced for a limited time. Navigating to products is a breeze, and the products come with detailed descriptions with how-to-use instructions. The products are good, and not expired. Delivery time is true to the published estimation, and my order arrived safe and secure. Packaging is good, no damages despite the long distance.
