Thanks to quick service and DHL…

Thanks to quick service and DHL shipping the delivery was amazingly fast from Portugal to Bulgaria (over 1700 km air line from far west to far east of Europe) I placed my order at 12 and I received it the very next day about 5 pm. Packing could be tighter inside the box but despite that everything arrived save. Great products! Thank you SweetCare!

International Customers BEWARE

USA based customers BEWARE. I recently purchased from sweetcare and received free shipping after my order met the minimum purchase requirement. At checkout, the free shipping option through UPS was selected. Beneath the option, sweetcare.com has a notice that reads “Orders below 800 USD WILL NOT PAY duties or import taxes.” This was not the case, duties were collected and I was also billed an exorbitant brokerage fee of $110+ from UPS for duties and customs handling on my $148 purchase from sweetcare. I notified the customer service team to let them know that the notice they display on their website at checkout is incorrect. I just checked today to see if the notice is still present at checkout, AND IT IS. They are aware and still do not seem to mind misleading customers. No resolution was offered, and corrective action still has not been taken to properly guide international customers. Also, nearly half of the products I received did not have safety seals adding to the frustration of this terrible experience. In my opinion, this reflects poor business ethics.

Regarding the seals, as previously explained via email, the products are shipped to us directly by the brand without any seals. We do not have the ability to alter this process as we are only the retailer and must sell the products exactly as they are received. Many brands are progressively eliminating these types of seals for environmental and sustainability reasons, so it is increasingly common for products to arrive without them.

Products look ok but fail to provide proof that their products are original

Not sure their product are 100% original as they cannot provide prove/documentation of it and the price is very low (half market price sometimes). But I think the problem is the customer service not the products itself. Communication is ok but they just didn't allow me to be sure of my purchase. I believe that customer service exists also to provide trust in an online purchase, if requested by the customer.

The best ever

Sweetcare is my best online pharmacy i used to order many years ago, I recommend it for my friends because i trust them. Products received on time in full

Products received on time in full. Happy with my purchase and customer service team was brilliant in keeping me updated. I knocked off 1 star because they should be upfront about the customs charges etc. We got there in the end though! Plus they gave me a goodie bag of samples which I love! Very nice touch. Despite the customs charge, it isn't their fault and I will probably order from them again 🙂 thank you!

Very good products and fair prices but even after spending almost 300 euros in my order, I only received 1 sample :( before I would receive 3 or 4 so a bit disappointed but best place to get your skincare and make up!

Despite the expense of ordering a product from the other side of the world (literally: I'm in the UK, the supplier in Australia) I am very happy with it (the product is definitely helping sooth my scalp irritations) and the processing and delivery of the order could hardly have been better (just a week or so for the order to complete... when I had assumed I'd wait two or three times that!) worse experience buying international…

worse experience buying international from sweetcare. all my orders neoretin serums and heliocare all arrived with severely damaged boxes as though they came from a storm.

I was also charged by UPS when I was told free shipping by sweetcare website.

MY order was delivered by UPS SAVER when I chose DHL/ UPS NOT SAVER

fast shipping to US but minimum free shipping is quite high

I’ve been buying European products from them for over 2 years now. The shipping is fast and i’m glad they offer UPS as a delivery courier. My order is never more than US$200 and never have to pay import taxes. The cons are the minimum free shipping is higher than it used to be to ship it to the US and it holds me back sometimes when i shop with them. Also, if i use any coupons provided by them, i don’t get free shipping…i have to choose one or the other. I also don’t get 5% sweet plus in my account either. Not sure if it’s because it doesn’t apply to US customer.
