No VOEC so double tax

No VOEC so double tax
Still mustpay for the shipment even when it is their fault i didn't received my product( they wrote my name wrong on the package and it was send to another town)
Will not recommend, it is a total scam.

Before writting here i already contacted the customer service with proof picture of the name on the package and the name that i input on the website and i was still request to pay for shipment (that i already paid). So this is just a warming for anyone who want to use this website. I dont know why they have 4 stars when most people dealing with them are not please this is the first time trustpilot review is completly wrong.

Accurate Delivery Time

However, the box was so huge for a small sized perfume 35ML.. I was charged by DHL $15 and that’s FYI..

Excellent!

My first time purchase, perfect from order to delivery!

I had to contact customer service to correct my address and they responded in record fast time and fixed the issue.

The product is authentic, packaged well and arrived very fast. The price was almost 50% cheaper than from other online stores.

Sweetcare is legit

Sweetcare is legit. My order arrived from Portugal to Canada in under two weeks - a full week faster than expected.

There's another review here that mentioned getting a "please complete payment" email from them after ordering. This happened to me too, and can seem scammish, but the reason is that their website doesn't seem to work well with some credit cards. When the first payment using my cc failed, I switched to paypal and that worked. So I was getting emails both for the order that was completed and then also got a couple prompts to "complete my order", which was confusing until I realized they were under two different order numbers. Basically, Sweetcare was just holding the order that didn't process by cc but was also fulfilling the order that went thru on paypal. I ignored the "please complete" emails after realizing that.

Dishonest

Dishonest. Don’t buy with them.
They didn’t inform you that you need to pay duties fees. I refuse to pay this extra cost. I waited a very long time to be refunded and they didn’t refund me correctly. They said that they are charging me duties and shipping.

Terrible company

Terrible company, took a week to ship the order, then I didn't receive all items ordered. So far they are refusing to ship the missing items. Seems like a total scam and just a way for them to refuse to fulfil orders. Save time and energy and shop elsewhere

Sweetcare offers a very large range of products and some of them at a very competitive price (do your benchmark :-) ). Items are brand new and well-packed. Delivery is fast (I am based in Belgium). Only minus point is the delivery cost, it is based on the weight of your package and amount spent but you need to simulate a basket to know how much you would have to pay. Flat fee service (with complimentary delivery under clear conditions) would be easier. For the rest, I recommend
