I love this store. The delivery times are somewhat slow, but if you keep that in mind and order early, that’s totally fine. The local delivery guy did not show, but the customer service was great and helped me find my package quickly

I placed teh order one day and the next I received an email wityh a special offer of free shipping (for 3 days only).
I contacted Sweetcare to see if they would apply the offer to my order, as it had only just beenplaced, but was refused. They said "it wouldn't be fair to their other customers" Eh?
Quite happy with the goods purchased and price paid, but I thought it was a bit mean to not allow me the free shipping offer.

The products arrived quickly and there was no damage to the packaging. I'm very happy with this because I was worried delivery to Africa would be slow/rough, but no such issues. Products arrived 4 business days after I placed the order. I love Dermalogica but have not been able to order items to be delivered here, until I found SweetCare!

I ordered a face cream from SweetCare and was shocked to find the product had clearly been opened or used before—there was leakage under the lid and cream spilled inside the container. I immediately contacted customer service and provided clear photos as evidence.
Initially, they offered only a 10% discount on my next order, which felt inadequate given the unusable state of the product. On April 17, they said they would follow up with a further resolution, but I’ve heard nothing since. Despite multiple attempts to get a proper response, they simply stopped replying.
For a company selling personal care products, this kind of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend SweetCare to others based on this experience. Disappointed and unlikely to purchase from them again.

Never waste tour time and money, they will steal both! I ordered a product to the Netherlands, which did not even pass through the Portuguese border (from their tracking link). After 20!! Days I had to contact myself as I did not receive the product, and they said that “the receiver (me) refused to receive a product” so the product returned to them!!! But I NEVER got it! And they NEVER contacted me! They wanted me to pay for the delivery AGAIN for the parcel to be shipped! They blame their customers for THE COMPANY’s FAULT, and STEAL their customers money!! DEAD customer service!! Never buy from these scammers!

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I bought a hair dryer and returned it two months ago. I am still waiting for the refund. Their excuse is that CUSTOMS TAKES TIME. As someone who has shopped internationally for years- this is ridiculous on their part- NO customs takes 2 months to process. They are simply apathetic to the customer experience - they only care if you purchase and not if you return.

I ordered a product, to be shipped at a delivery point available on their site and close to my home (a Vinted delivery box at a supermarket). I don't know what happened but their UPS partner did not deliver the product (maybe the Vinted box was full ?) so it was considered as returned. I had no interaction with the carrier nor the team. When I enquiried about my product the customer team explained to me that I would not be delivered with the goods and I would be refunded, less 25 euros, when my shipment fees were of 11euros. I feel so fooled and I don't understand how a site can act like this at a time when Amazon an other big players kill the game with a frictionless customer experience

I placed an order and paid. I saw the confirmation of the payment on the website. I then received an email saying there is a 'PAYMENT ERROR' and that I needed to repeat the payment. I went to their website and cancelled my order. The order still appears as cancelled on their website, but the payment was taken 7 days later from my bank account. After posting a review here, they sent me a full refund.

I have placed an order on the 3rd of March and it was never delivered to my address as they have provided the courier company with a wrong zip code not the one I mentioned.
I addressed them with the issue to find a solution or at least to refund the money back but unfortunately their customer service team has totally ignored my request saying the items are not yet returned to them after a month and 1 week.
