We purchased faucets on March and returned them since they didn't match our bathroom. Despite of multiple emails and calls they just don't get back to us. I would recommend anyone stay away from these scammers. They flat out stole $300 from us.

The customer service staff were very helpful. They solved our problem at once. Unfortunately, we ordered the wrong item and the return process went smoothly.... Everything was arranged over the phone. The customer service staff is professional and friendly.

I bought a faucet here that was cheaper and arrived quickly.

Their services was prompt and accurate. I found this site in February, and now I purchase all my bath & kitchen products from Sweethome for remodeling my house.

We purchased our shower set and two basin taps from SWeethome247. Each purchased was easy and fairly priced. But what we like most about it is the excellent customer service! When we had an issue with the quality of the furniture, we got a response and resolution right away. I was very impressed with the great customer service provided by this company. We will be purchasing bathroom products from here again soon.

Totally scammer. Run as fast as you can from them.

This people are scammers. I purchased the faucet which would not fit as the frame was hitting on the backslash. Tried to return it and had to pay the return shipping then was told once they received it I would get the refund. I waited to see the refund to my PayPal account in which it didn't come. Sent an email asking about refund. They then sent me what seemed a standard refund email so I figured the money was sent to my PayPal. However They must could on people not checking PayPal and assuming the money was refunded. It almost worked on me untill I remembered I had received the email from PayPal only the one from sweethome. I sent them another email and contacted them through the site. They sent me a message saying very sorry we'll get this handled. Then again weeks goes by no money. I try to call and the number is busy. I had to send paypal a dispute to get my money. My hope is paypal can help put them out of business. these are losers who do not belong in this country. They send you products made in China or Korea and it is painted with auto paint which I'm sure is not safe for indoors. Buyer beware. Let's put these scammer in thier place folks.

We received the product and found a scratch on the product, we emailed Sweethome right away and to my surprise they sent me another replacement right away, it was so fast, thanks to the customer service staff, it was very much appreciated.

The bathroom shower system is exactly what we wanted. It exceeded our expectations. Now we are looking for another shower for our upstairs bathroom and Sweethome has so many amazing taps that we are having a hard time making a choice.

I was very pleased with the way the customer service agent handled the problem I reported. I had a warranty on my product, but after 6-7 months of use, the product developed a problem. We contacted customer service according to the website contact information, the product has a one year warranty on the spool and a 5 year warranty on the rest, the customer service representative and I explored several options and the customer service agent paid me back for the full cost of the product and the warranty. While I may not have been happy with the quality of the product, they did their best to resolve the issue and they were very friendly. The product is actually still very good and I would still buy from them again.

in 2022 in October we purchased from this company, waterfalls shower. It's a horrible service. This guy was argue with me , he does not speak English he only communicate with you through Google translate. We requested label to return. He never sent it us.. Additional to that that shower was sent with the already rusted cartridges and it's flooded our house. We have four reports from plumbers, restoration company, and remediation company, did the cartridges were rusted? It's a brain your shower unit with a plastic rusted metal inside the cartridges..

Requested the money for return he never returned, I file dispute with Chase. Chase made us liable for shower, Lately chase does not investigate anything, it's became a third country dispute department, with a horrible service. We were with chase for 25 years and after dispute and lawsuit they closed all our business and checking accounts..
It's took us 12 months to get money back, through the court. Court had a judgment against Chase.. 12 months later, my company, sales department purchase without my knowledge that shower again. When I saw this company came from, I requested the label to send the item back with not even opening.

The same guy sent the letter that the money will be refunded within two days. Six days later, no money. Six days later, he responded that last year he remember me, that we had a huge issue with my order and he started interrogate why we purchased again?.

I explain to him that the company purchased without my knowledge, and I am returning without opening. Six days later, he refund less money $250. He stated that he's punished me that he had a trouble last year. Please do not buy products from him. He's cartridges in the unit made from plastic. It's gonna floated the house right away.. We installed and we finished remodeled. A week later house was flooded $26,000 was demolished, I will start it from the scratch again. Additional we have to remediate the house we have to take test for asbestos, and that guy is revenging? because we purchased last year shower and because of the last year he had a problem with us now he refunded less money and trying to revenge!. This is Chinese people are scammers they have junk product!! If you wanna have a flood at your house , you can go ahead and order the beautiful product!!
The overall we have to pay $185 return label and $250 he did not refund it to us because he revenge it to us from the last year. He is a scammer..

Received the product very quickly, looks beautiful, haven't installed it yet, hopefully I won't be disappointed once it's installed.

Order placed beginning of august here we are in September and I have yet to even hear from anyone on this matter. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS! Bunk tracking number tje post office has no record of and yet it’s been waiting to be picked up for 17 days. I’m disgusted with this site. Complete waste of money. Awaiting shipment for almost 3 weeks. Gross

Worst customer service ever experienced. After purchasing 4 faucets for a New Custom Home for one of our clients. The light on one LED faucet does not work. We emailed a photo to prove it per the vendors request. No response and no replacement. Another email sent. No reply. When we were finally able to reach a live person. They said “Oh, let me check warehouse, yes received email, will email you.
Absolutely no response.
After many try’s we finally reached the customer service person again. Same run around. Oh, let me check warehouse, yes received email, will email you. After asking to speak with a manger to resolve the ongoing issue and requesting a reply be emailed while we’re in the phone to confirm we receive it. The customer service person kept repeating. I email you, and kept repeating my email. They hung up on us.
3 weeks into dealing with this. Our client is not satisfied with the defective faucet. We have received No emailed reply, No replacement parts and No service what so ever.
From this deplorable customer service experience. We do not recommend this company to anyone. And will not be ordering from them in the future.

This place refuses to respond if you want to return an item. Their return policy says that one must request a return authorization. However, no one replys and if you return an item without the authorization they keep the item and your money - stay away from the joke Chinese website - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS JOKE OUTFIT.

So happy with my wall mounted LED waterfall faucet! It is absolutely beautiful and works wonderfully! The unit came with the mixer valve and the hand held shower wand really sprays as it was still turned on when I didn't realize it. Lol. The company delivered exactly as they said they would.

I placed my order on June 8, 2023 for almost $400. I waited and waited. When I checked tracking information, it stated label created but never shipped. After about a month,I contacted via chat with customer service. They stated FED X is trying to contact me for delivery and to go to local FEDX and to see whats wrong. I did. They told me the same thing i knew. Label created and not shipped. Our conversation went back and forth and i decided to call my bank an refuse charges and I told them that. "Hold on, Hold on!' they said. let me check on it. Today July 10, I received a message with new tracking number and they stated it should be within a week. I messaged them back and gave them until the 15th for my merchandise. I will never use this company again.

wrong parts were shipped. So after installing the shower head rod leaked because we can't tighten it enough due to it being wrong part. We tried to call the support line. Never can get through or no one answers.
Used the chat service and when after numerous attempts when finally someone got back to me to provide pictures of the incorrect parts they have not replied on sending the correct ones. It's been weeks of me trying to resolve this situation and has been worst purchasing experience I have ever had!

It’s now July 10 2023. After numerous attempts to phone them with no luck. Most of the time line is busy or just rings. Emailed them numerous times as requested by them and providing the information and pictures requested. Still no response or resolution. I have a shower head that does not match or work with the rest of it. Do not buy from them. Looking at cost to remove and replace in the range of $2000.00.
