All they do is steal photos from reputable sites and try to claim them as their own. They are so bad that they don't even have a social media presence because people would just go there to expose them. Pathetic! Horrible!

I ordered five cutouts on April 4 that we promised for my daughter’s party by May 24. As of May 26 there has been no reply to any email I have sent and the shipping status shows a label has been created and USPS is still waiting for the package. The BBB is being contacted and I am pressing charges for fraud. Total SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

SCAM! Please do not order from this site!! They will take your money and not send the product. Many of us had to learn the hard way. So sad that people do this.

I only gave 1 star because it wouldn’t let me give 0! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE A SCAM. I ordered a lot of cut outs for my daughters first birthday party and spend a couple hundred dollars- was charged right away for them. I ordered two months in advance and was worried it was not enough time so I messaged them (tried to call but found it weird that there was no phone number listed anywhere) after sending several emails I got one response that was very strange and unprofessional (would not tell me name or anything of who I was talking to) and assured me they would be here in time. Since the cut outs were the main decoration of the entire party I sent more messages just to follow up and make sure they were still going to be able to arrive in time as we were getting closer to the party. They did send me an email with the USPS tracking label that I was checking constantly. It only ever said preshipment. When I was a week away from my daughters party, I called USPS because this.” company.” Told me that USPS just did not update the tracking information. USPS assured me that they always update the information when the item is dropped off. As soon as they would’ve received the package it would’ve been scanned right away so they never received the package. I emailed this “company” several more times, and they told me USPS was lying. I emailed multiple times out of frustration and got responses back from different people because some of them told me that USPS was lying and some told me that it didn’t shipped yet but, They kept telling me I would still receive my package by the party, even though we were only two days away at this point. When I told them there was no way I would be able to get it in time even offering to pay expedited shipping to get it in time and I just wanted a refund. They gave me a hard time and stopped responding. When I explained that I have lawyers and police officers in my family, then I finally got a response. It was such a headache and a hassle to deal with them and I didn’t even get the product that I spent hundreds of dollars on. It was a hard time to get a refund also. Save yourself the trouble and do not order anything from this company! After looking into them their ” business” was out of a house that was being foreclosed on so probably needed to scam people out of money to try and save the house. Who knows.

This is a scam site. The reviews posted on the site are fake. They're scaming people out of money.

I also ordered cutouts for my daughters birthday and waited 3 months and never received anything, asked for a refund and only when I threatened to report them to google and shop store is when I finally received my refund. Probably the few that got their money back. What a headache, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. TOTAL SCAM.

This company is a total scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I had ordered a character cutout board that never was shipped out. Reached out to constumer service they continued to reassure me my order would get to me on time. I realized it was a scam so i requested a refund. They said they would go ahead to cancel my order and refund me. I haven’t received a refund or anything. Don’t waste your time or money on this site! Just purchase your cutout boards from party city or make your own at Walgreens. Hope this helps! I wish I would’ve seen these reviews sooner!

I ordered a cutout at the end of January for a party in early April for my daughter’s birthday. The first one that they allegedly shipped out never left USPS for over a month. When I contacted customer service at the end of February they said they had sent out a replacement AND given me a refund. Neither of those things happened. I asked several times for the refund status and only after threatening to report them to the BBB last week did they actually send me a receipt for a refund yesterday (5/9/24) due to be done in 10 business days so we will see if that actually goes through.

I believe this is a scam company. I ordered a pair of shoes and never received them. I reordered and used my daughter's address. They were never received AND I got the exact same response as the first order. "We're so sorry to hear that USPS hasn't delivered your package yet. We will go ahead and cancel and refund your order now. Whenever it arrives, please just keep it."

Do not order from this company, I ordered something for my daughters party, well in advance for my. They assured me that they would be delivered on time. I never received my order nor a refund as of yet. I will be disputing this with my bank for refund. They wont reply to my emails.

Do not order from this company!!! I ordered two baby Mickey standees well in advance for my daughter’s baby shower. They assured me that they would be delivered on time. I never received my order nor a refund as of yet. I will be disputing this with my credit card company for refund.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please read the other reviews and save your money! This site is definitely a SCAM! I ordered an outfit for my great niece to wear for her 1st birthday. I placed the order on March 15th and as of today April 26th I have not received the item. I reached out to customer service a few weeks ago and was told the order takes 3-4 weeks from the order date to ship and then another 5-7 days to ship. According to the site it should ship with a confirmation. I never received any confirmation that my item had shipped. The only way I was informed was by the email sent after I initially reached out. I placed the order in plenty of time to receive before her party on the 28th. Even when I asked for a tracking number I was not provided one. They actually didn’t respond to my email request for the tracking info. I was just told I should have it by the 27th. Yeah no. Not happening and it’s so upsetting that this site is scamming people who are trying to order for kids! What a shame! Hopefully my bank will let me dispute the charge. I was told a refund would be issued but based on other reviews, I am sure I’ll get that as soon as I get what I ordered - NEVER!!!

scam! I ordered my sons Roblox cutouts for his party a month ago, even followed up and reassured they’re arrive on time. Nothing! They offered a refund, I haven’t recieved and refused to give tracking.

Scam!! I ordered a cardboard cutout of bluey for my son’s birthday party. Placed the order on 3/20/2024 never received a tracking number. Reached out well in advance they told me it would be there before 4/20/2024. Still no tracking number and they wouldn’t not give me one. Everytime I’ve been emailed back by them it has not been professional. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.

I decided to order cocomelon character cutouts from this business for my son’s birthday party. My order was placed well in advance due to the extra long shipment period. I asked for fast shipping and they assured me that my order would arrive on time. The week of my event I didn’t receive a response from them about my order status until after contacting them 3 times via email, only to be told that they were sorry that my order had not arrived. I ultimately requested a refund for my order! But how unfortunate it was waiting weeks for something that I was expecting and never received.

Update: after reading more reviews here I filed a dispute with my bank and was refunded. Definitely scammers!

Same thing happened to me that happened to all these other people. I ordered shoes for my niece on November 30, 2023. I never received the item and they said they would send another. Still nothing as of January. Then, I asked them to refund me. They said they would, and nothing. I’ve finally disputed it with my bank but I don’t know if I can get my money back since it’s been past 60 days. SCAM

Sweet tutus is a scam site! I didn’t receive my items or my money back! I reached out to customer service they told a bunch of lies & stop responding! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Read the reviews this has happened to more than me! They need to be stopped asap! If anybody know how to report this to google or someone bigger please reach out to me please
