Great communication with updates of order, love the boxes they come in, feels like a treat opening. Really quick delivery, price is very good and selection of sweets is amazing.

Quick delivery on original order, there was an issue with one of the pouches. I emailed to let them know, received a response within an hour (bearing in mind it was in the evening) and a replacement sent and received within 48 hours. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Ordered sweets from sweetzy for my husband for valentines! After trying them couldn’t believe how soft and fresh they were. Haven’t ordered from any other company since. Also ordered for friends and family & they say the same!!

Honestly this company and its owner/founder William has zero ethics, empathy or consideration for its customers . Wish I had read the reviews here before purchasing as there seems to be a massive trend . I placed my order ,not a huge order£35 worth , order was delivered and contents inside were damaged a box of cherry perry pencils all.splintered and a large bag of sweets that had split pouring contents into the packaging ! I contacted customer services with pictures to prove what I was saying, to be met with a rather unsympathetic reply from chloe and then Wiliiam saying they will give me a 25 percent refund ..........which was less than the damage cost . Or i could return the items for a refund , i simply asked to be refunded for items damaged surely it would not be cost effective to them as company for me return items damaged but they insisted. After 20 plus back and forth emails I just gave in and took the 25 percent as its just not worth the hassle arguing with people who have zero i terst i customer service , also the sweets are below par in quality STAY AWAY FOLKS
