I like the state of the art security system (using an app to access, etc. Your premise at Jimboomba is always clean, tidy. I was a bit disappointed about the $15 price hike on such a small storage locker that I rent. I do feel confident that choosing your storage facility was a good choice. Thanks.

The online booking system worked perfectly. We booked a flagstone facility, then changed it to Jimboomba. The lock didn't open, so we were changed to a second locker, all while on the phone with a representative. Her service was exceptional.and the refund from Flagstone was Done yesterday

Easy app to download and use whilst at unit
Making it a smooth contactless way to access our storage space.
Complex and toilet area was well maintained, clean and tidy.
Being able to use a trolley was great.

Absolutely recommend to anyone to use Swift Storage. Great customer service and very quick and easy to answer any questions you may have.
Easy to download app and access your storage shed all with your phone. My 3yo daughter said it was magic as you just press a button on your phone to open and close gates and open and lock your shed. Great service

The storage units are clean and accessible at all times which is great. However there have been two rate increases in the last 7 months.
The first increase from $550 to $565 was tolerable, but now the price is going up again to $615.85! I feel this is way too much and unfair especially given the current economic situation.

Yesterday I had to move my things from my unit. I booked and paid for a storage unit with your company on the 16th May.
When I arrived to the premises My app worked with the entry of the yard, and exit.
My unit sounded like it unlocked and the light went from red to green but I couldn't open the roller door. I also tried the trolley bay and the same thing happened. I rang the 24/7 help line and they tried to reboot the lock but didnt work. I was told that they would ring the manager of the yard so they could fix the situation. I was at the yard for an hour and didnt here back so I drove home.
I rang the 24/7 back and was told they couldnt get hold of the manager and gave me a number to follow this up with the manager myself. The number I got put me straight back to the 24/7 line.
I have had to take my things to my daughters house for now, as I couldnt really afford to book another company, This has not been a good experience for me. Could I please cancel my unit and get a refund as I could not even get into it. This would be much appreciated. Thank you.
