I would like to file a complaint…

I would like to file a complaint regarding the poor service I experienced today.

I placed my order at around 3:30 PM. Initially, the app showed that my order would be delivered by 4:00 PM, but later the delivery time was changed to 4:30 PM.

I tried contacting the delivery rider several times through calls and chat, but I received no response. I also contacted customer support multiple times. They informed me that if I wanted, I could cancel the order with cancellation charges, but they were unable to provide any clear update on the delivery.

At around 4:45 PM, I contacted customer support again, and I was assured that my order would be delivered by 5:00 PM. However, the order was still not delivered.

The delay, lack of communication from the delivery rider, and the poor support experience caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. This level of service is unacceptable.

After the 10 mins conversation executive refunded the amount.

I request that you investigate this issue, take appropriate action, and provide a suitable resolution and compensation for the inconvenience caused.

I am writing this review because I have ordered a food at midnight. I receive a damage smell very bad when I try to connect with the chat support agent just disconnect the chat by saying I have to email with the Photo, so I did that, and then I receive a response that it will take 24 to 48 hours and after that next day morning, I receive an email saying that they can help me anything regarding that and I can read the restaurant, it’s not about the rating, the restaurant or anything when you order a food at midnight so if you don’t get the resolution at midnight only, then how can we again go ahead and order powerful, we was hungry. That’s why we order food and Swiggy customer support. Don’t have any number to contact them. They’re not cooperating in email in chat support very disgusting.

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the way this serious food safety issue has been handled.

It has now been 4 days since I replied to your email with all the information you requested, including:

Order ID
Issue type
Photographs clearly showing the raw and undercooked chicken

Despite providing everything, I have not received a single response.

This is not a complaint about taste or preference. The food contained raw chicken, which is a serious food safety hazard and could have caused food poisoning.

To make matters worse:

Your in-app support initially offered only a ₹70 coupon, which is unacceptable for such a serious issue.
The chatbot now says there is no refund ID associated with the order and closes the conversation without allowing me to speak to a support representative.

Is this really the level of customer support expected from a company like Swiggy?

After 1 hour waiting, the support says item is out of stock.

I had placed an order and after 45 mins of placing the order, it was sutck at the status of : "pifking your order up". No response from the delivery agen upon calling. Swiggy said the order is preapred and is about to be picked. Then i asked for agent to follow up and then they say the item is out of stock, so do i need alternative food or refund. The audacity of customer care to not even bother about the situation. They just say the item ia out of stock after an hour of waiting. The customer service says we are sorry and refunds the money. Done. No accountability or to handle the issue with restaurant. Shitty swiggy experience and their customer support.

In Swiggy app you think you ordered…

In Swiggy app you think you ordered properly but Ultimately half of the things are only delivered and customer is only left with chats ,calls and email.
It's totally deceiving customers. You created the order style in such a way that customers are left with registering complaints only and nothing else.
A single complaint is not going to do anything with giants like you.
But still I m doing this.

Pathetic Customer Experience

If you place an order and cancel within a minute they take full amount as cancellation. So they take food as well as money from Customer. Customer support also don't care. They are happy to let go off customer. Zomato is way better in terms of Customer support and policies.

I hate this app such a big scammer...I ordered a food it was not there ...so I requested cancellation it did not leave let me cancel , then I asked modified it to another one ...It didn't came 40 minutes but It was showing 10 minutes...how much time I can wait for that thing to come ...I asked for cancellation then it charged me 174 rupees... Such a big scammer app .....just frustrating experiance

Instamart service is really pathetic

Instamart service is really pathetic
First they Delievery’s less items and then refunded the amountwith a coupon
Next when I ordered and used that coupon , they delivered expired item and now they are not refunding the full amount saying your coupon has been used in this order.
This way you are fooling people and stealing their money
Would never recommend anyone to order from here.

This is unacceptable. Swiggy offers third-class services, and the owner is out there giving interviews on podcasts about them. It is one of the worst service providers. I strongly urge everyone not to use Swiggy. They are nothing but thieves. Chor h saale

I ordered a Biryani today on Swiggy overall it was a okay experience.
My friends suggested me to use some alternate platforms but I wanted to give it a try and it was good.
Restaurant choices, Payment and the 15 min delivery time was amazing 😍.

Swiggy has lost its professionalism and unable to handle platform. They should remove help and support as they don't support at all.
I had very bad experience since last 2 months for 3 orders
1. May 20th ordered Fruit Custerd and it was delivered after 2 hours and Swiggy Chat support has no clue, and executive who came online was wasting my time than resolving the issue. The delivery partner had some challenge he then came and delivered

2. Last week ordered Veg Burgers Combo and Fries and I received Non Veg Burger. No resolution except saying sorry. Why can't delivery executive check what order he is picking

3. Today ordered on insta, it says order delivered but don't receive order. When call delivery executive he says Villa no given in correct, I told him I approved your entry in the gate how can you say that? He requests me go get your self From other Villa.

We should ban these apps for sometime

Cheated by Instamart

I got all rotten fruits in my last order on 2nd July 11.07 a.m. Food is delivered without any possibility of return. Sent an email on 3rd July at 8.11a.m complaining but no response after 48 hours. Serious Concern Regarding Suspected Internal Scam – Order #242025917481304

Dear Customer Support,

I am now seriously concerned that this may be an organized scam involving your executives or someone misusing Swiggy's support system.

I received a call from 8047223621, which was displayed as "Swiggy Order Support" on Truecaller. The caller informed me that my online payment had failed due to a technical issue and instructed me to pay the delivery partner in cash. I was also assured that the online payment would be refunded within 30 minutes.

Your support team is now claiming they have no knowledge of this call. This raises several serious questions:

If the caller was not associated with Swiggy, how did the delivery partner arrive with the exact order that I had placed through the Swiggy app?
Why was I assured by the caller that the online payment would be refunded within 30 minutes?
Why was I specifically instructed to make the payment in cash instead of using any online payment method?
Why did the delivery executive refuse to accept payment through an online mode and insist on cash?

These facts strongly suggest that either there has been a serious breach in your internal process or someone with access to my order details has misused customer information.

I request Swiggy to conduct an immediate investigation, provide a detailed explanation, process my pending refund without further delay, and take strict action against anyone found responsible.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will escalate this matter to the appropriate consumer authorities and other regulatory agencies for investigation.
