I placed an order for 11 items and paid the full amount online in advance. However, when the order was delivered, I received only 3 items, while the remaining 8 items were completely missing. Despite this major issue, the app showed the order as fully delivered and completed.
What is most disappointing is the poor customer support experience. I tried contacting support multiple times to report the missing items and request help, but I did not receive any proper response, resolution, or accountability from your side. As a customer, this feels unfair and irresponsible.
It is unacceptable for Swiggy. This incident has caused inconvenience, wasted my time, and completely damaged my trust in your service. If customers pay for 11 items, they should receive all 11 items — not just 3 with no proper explanation or support afterward.“Worst experience with Swiggy. Your customer support system is extremely disappointing and unfair. I was charged 5 times for failed Instamart orders totaling ₹1,65,000, and even after 46 days there has been no refund or proper resolution.
Every time I contacted support, I was told the refund would be processed within 7–10 business days. Now your agents are refusing to assist and blaming a “payment gateway error,” which is completely unacceptable. Customers should not suffer because of internal payment or gateway issues.
What is even more frustrating is that your support system does not allow customers to connect with an agent unless there is an active order. This makes it nearly impossible to follow up on serious payment issues.
I request immediate action on:
• Refund of all failed transactions
• Proper investigation of the payment issue
• Refund reference/ARN numbers
• A dedicated escalation contact for unresolved cases
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate it through consumer forums, banking dispute channels, and legal authorities for financial harassment and deficiency in service.
This experience has completely damaged my trust in your platform.

The customer support is non existent. It looks like the customer support is replaced by some very inefficient AI bot. Refund supposedly takes 10 days after a failed delivery. The delivery people can literally take a customer for a ride and ruin an entire day. The kind advice is to stop using Swiggy (especially for food delivery).

Dear @ConsumerHelpline @MoCAGoI, I have a serious grievance against @SwiggySupport. On 19‑04‑2026, after showing 25‑30 min delivery, my order time jumped to 70 min. I cancelled within 3‑4 minutes via helpline, yet 100% cancellation fee of ₹1,370 was charged. The app did not show the 30‑sec cancellation window, and the helpline did not inform on the policy. This is unfair and against consumer rights. Request urgent assistance and escalation.

Swiggy has honestly become my go-to . The app is super easy to use, and I like how quickly I can find what I am craving, whether it’s something local or from a big restaurant chain. Delivery is usually pretty quick, and I appreciate being able to track my order in real time.
What I really like is the variety. There are so many options, and with Instamart, it’s not just food anymore, I can order groceries or random essentials when I am in a pinch.

I ordered food from burger farm and they prepared the food and 10-15 minutes and Swiggy was not able to find a delivery partner since 50 minutes and my food was just kept at the restaurant. I was trying to put a complaint and talk to an agent, but for 50 minutes, Swiggy would not connect me to an agent. After one hour of waiting, they told me that there are no delivery partners and that they were going to cancel my order and give a refund. The people are so useless. If you do not have a delivery partner, why are you accepting orders and why did you make me wait for one hour to tell me that. The food also got wasted in the end

I ordered a meal, but some items were missing from the sealed package — the Pepsi reusable bottle and the Classic Chicken Roll. I first contacted the restaurant, but there was no proper response.
Then I reported the issue to Swiggy. I was given a ₹230 coupon valid for 7 days, but the coupon did not work. From day 1, I kept explaining my problem and followed up continuously for 7 days. Each time, I was only told that this issue would not happen next time, but no refund or proper compensation was given for this order.
I paid for items that I did not receive. A non-working coupon and repeated assurances do not resolve my loss. I request a refund for the missing items amount immediately.

I am writing to raise a concern regarding my recent order (#236009513329074).
The order was taking an unusually long time to be delivered, which caused significant inconvenience. Due to this delay, I decided to cancel the order. However, I was charged the full amount of Rs 430 as a cancellation fee, which I find unfair given that the delay was not from my side.
This is extremely disappointing and completely unexpected. I never experienced such a careless approach before. It clearly feels like customer satisfaction is not a priority, and profit matters more than fairness.
Charging the full amount as a cancellation fee in this situation is unreasonable and feels like harassment. I had recently uninstalled Zomato and decided to try Swiggy, expecting a better experience—but this has been worse than expected.
