A big lesson learnt - always read reviews before making a purchase.
I ordered this as an extra Christmas gift and I have never been so disappointed with anything bought on line before. Paid £19.90 for what can only be described as rubbish. Although under impression buying from a UK company package arrived with customs declaration value US dollars 2.38.!! Avoid this company.

I purchased a garden gnome as a Christmas present, we all know the average size hey!!! When it arrived it was about 30cm tall and the kind of thing i could have purchased from a pound shop but it cost £19.99 absoloute rubbish.....DON'T DO IT!!!

Avoid them at all cost:1-The pictures do not describe the items. 2-They send damaged goods. 3-They don't want to pay for the return postage when it is their fault. 4-The customer service is awful and will not resolve the issue. 5-It will take weeks of emails to customer services, to no avail, they are just stalling and hoping you will give up. 6-They take no responsibility whatsoever for what they send... I could go on. They are a perfect example of scam shops. If you pay them any money, consider it lost.

Ordered the fleece leggings to.Arrived like a pair of printed tights ! No fleece inside whatsoever!!! Nothing like there advertisement. Very disappointed.
Emailed them to rectify...tbc

SCAMMERS.... you order what appears to be a fair size item for say £20-30 and what you receive is a poorly made and painted 3-4 inch high £1 figure...
when you contact them they refuse a refund, make up excuses hoping you just give up, swallow your loss and go away.... always pay by credit card with fraud protection online and ALWAYS check reviews on company before you buy anything.... we didn’t due to a recommendation from a friend... Huge Mistake.... AVOID THEM!!!!

I will neve use these people again. They advertise products and do not deliver. When you contact them to correct their problems they refuse and say the cost of postage is too high to refund or ignore completly.

I wish I was able to leave 0 stars, like the prev reviews I bought angel wings I believed to move and be very big, I received foam wings with printed feathers for £40, I am in the middle a claim with PayPal, swig shop never replied to my refund email until I went through PayPal which they asked me to PAY for tracked return shipping, absolutely not, escalating straight to pay pal.

SCAM! They have dishonest advertisement. I bought some "thermal jeggings" that were neither thermal or jeggings. I received some tacky, horrible quality lycra super thin leggins. I bought this product online because I read that I could return them within 14 days, but now they say they don't do refunds!

I bought angel wings that were advertised as being something SO far away from what I got, I was expecting large, movable wings and got this tacky disgusting, small - not worth £5 but I spent £40 on it - if you see anything advertised by this company DO NOT buy from them, FALSE advertising and bad bad bad quality
