Jan was great in really refining my technique. Initially i was not able to swim more than 50 metres without being entirely out of breathe, whereas now I can do laps of 500 metres relatively consistently. This is only after a couple of weeks of lessons too, so i would highly recommend.

The swim instructor, Robert, had endless patience and enthusiasm and encouraged me every lesson. He was able to identify the specific actions I needed to take to improve my swimming.

We’ve recently changed teachers, and have had a great experience so far with Dawn, based at the Hythe Imperial, Hythe, Kent.
She’s extremely patient with our children, and very organised and supportive.
She’s always at the lesson on time & prepared. We’ve been really impressed!

Dawn is extremely patient with my energetic 3 Year old. She always goes at his pace and in the 5 sessions he has had so far his confidence and ability in the water have really improved!

I have been very impressed with all my dealings with Swim Expert. My initial telephone enquiry was handled professionally and in a friendly and helpful manner. The portal is easy to navigate and use. I really appreciated the weekly teacher reports. My teacher, Sean was excellent. Very Kind, caring and encouraging. He listened to my questions and thoughts and tailored my lessons to my needs. I have achieved the goals I set for myself, and would consider returning to Swim Expert in the future if I need more help and guidance.

Our daughter has just finished two years of swimming lessons with her instructor Alex. Over this time her confidence has grown significantly. She started unable to put her head under the water and was very timid. Now, through Alex’s patience she is very water confident and loves swimming under the water. With Alex’s help our daughter has also learnt to swim well and has passed many of the Swim England stages. She even loves swimming on her back and is happy to do so.

Excellent swimming instructor and very patient with beginners

Encouraging motivating, friendly and professional instructor, who makes every lesson count. Our son has had 2 lessons thus far and has made great progress & is finally enjoying learning to swim 🏊‍♂️.

Omar has been a great instructor for my 5 year old granddaughter. He is immensely kind, caring and manages to make every lesson fun while ensuring she makes good progress. She thinks he swims as well as her favourite pufferfish! We will miss him.

High turnover of the instructors, so many booked classes being cancelled. I have already paid more for flexible plan but all purchased classes have to be consumed within 12 months, so sadly many purchased classes lost without having the lessons. Forget about this company and go for another.

My daughter has ASD and ADHD so can find it hard to concentrate and stay engaged but the teachers have been great at adapting and advising when quieter sessions are available to aid her learning . She has made fantastic progress this year and gained many badges ! Very satisfied

My daughter swims with Hydro Kids for 4 years now and really enjoys the lessons. She gets upset when the swimming is cancelled ;) She always is looking forward to receive a certificate for her next level. Certainly Hydro Kids is doing a good job!

The group sizes are small which is great for the children. The website is great with reports provided each week to detail child’s progress, including percentages of completion for each course and targets that need to be met for completion.

The lead teacher makes time to catch up with parents during the session, ensuring parents are happy with progress and are informed of any changes as the child moves up through the stages.

We have been to a few swim classes and this one is by far the best. I recommend these classes and the Mary Hare location.

We visit the sqim expert sessions at the maryhare school the class is always calm and engaging the children love going and have learnt so much from the teachers..

Previously swam at raddam where we didn't like the atmosphere it was too chaotic and disorganised... but Mary Hare is fantastic it's much more organised and structured and staff are so friendly and helpful.

Good lessons and teachers. Issue ongoing that the pool water is on the cold side, which at times has been very intolerable for my (almost) 6 year old.

Ingrid is a very passionate swimming teacher and fantastic with my daughter who is learning so much with her, progressing fast; my daughter really likes her. Thank you
