I ordered a 25 kg tub of 200g Chlorine tablets at a price of about £112.00. As I clicked the 'Buy now' button, the price came up as £67.70 which was very strange and that is all I was charged.
After about 10 days I messaged via eBay to say where is the delivery? They promptly replied that they suffered a computer glitch and they would dispatch the Chlorine, which they did. The Chorine arrived in 5x 5Kg tubs instead of a 25Kg tub which was acceptable.
Before leaving review on eBay, I revisited my purchase and clicked on Buy again and the price had shot up to £188.06. I looked at sellers other items and the same tubs of Chlorine were selling for many different prices both higher and lower for the same products ?
On the eBay site there is a small box saying 50% discount on these items, which adds to the pricing confusion.
As a footnote, I recently ordered a Zodiac Pool Robot direct from their Spanish website and the £1,100.00 product arrived from Spain in 3 days.

I am writing this after months and months of NO customer service

no customer service and will not provide me a legal address so i can pursue legal action with them

I have ordered a wetsuit months ago and never received it. The customer support is responsive but not providing any meaningful update. I am on a budget and cannot afford another one, with winter approaching my training is suffering and there are no alternatives for me. They will not refund my money and overall feels like I’ve been robbed. Horrible experience

Wrong size delivered and not able to return, beside that the product is not anti slip as per description.
Costumer service is an AI robot, not getting anywhere for a refund. I was unable to communicate with the staff repeated 6 times the same email and got the same automated reply back irrelevant to my request. I was unable to get a refund or return my item because my account was deleted. They kept informing me te get a refund through my account which ended up in a circular communication where i was not supported with my invoice to reclaim a refund my product with the account not longer existing.
Fraud

Bought swimming pool steps and the order went smooth quick delivery and steps were perfect

Estimated delivery was 4 days but it took more than double that. Customer services were available but could do nothing to find out why it was delaying and expedite. I really regretted trusting them with an important purchase and certainly would not have if I'd have known it was coming from Spain via Netherlands.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a product and got given a delivery dates of 9 days later.

However on delivery date got a vague update that my order ‘may’ or ‘may not’ be out of stock. Firstly how does it take till the day of delivery to work that out and secondly there was no clear comms.

I reached out to customer support and got automated responses saying I could amend or cancel my order. Responded with clear questions which again were ignored and generic information sent back.

Finally got a proper response and cancelled my order only to be told it may take 7 days to get my funds back.

Waste of time, awful service, selling things they don’t currently have a supply of.

Excellent service

Absolutely excellent. Exactly the product I wanted was available. I feared that as it was coming from the Netherlands(?) it might take weeks and/or be subject to customs duty, VAT etc but it arrived on my doorstep 4 or 5 days later, no extra duties/taxes. It was a perfect product, exactly what I'd ordered with no fuss and no unexpected charges. Will definitely use them again.

Ordered swimming pool (30/6/25) and realised that I had ordered wrong size by mistake after dispatch. Contacted company (5/7/25) to say that we would refuse delivery and to get the item returned. I received many unhelpful messages from SWIMINN saying they couldn't do that and to follow their return policy. I submitted a return request and the return delivery cost was £6500 (pool only cost £1550 inc delivery) so strangely I didn't complete their return process!!!!. I eventually contacted the courier company myself but couldn't do anything until the tracking number became live (14 days after the supposed dispatch!!!) I then arranged for it to be returned before it left Spain, unfortunately the courier company failed to do this (a mistake they admitted too and apologised). It arrived in UK and was only returned to SWIMINN around the 13/8/25 (original estimated delivery date was 5-7 July!!!!). I then had to message SWIMINN several times to advise them that it had been returned to them and issue a refund. This again was met by several unhelpful messages. Eventually a refund was issued minus the delivery, this could of been avoided if SWIMINN actually contacted the courier company themselves. I have instead lost over £400 for an unnecessary delivery that could have been easily stopped. I am only writing this review now after making sure I received my partial refund due to the lack of trust in SWIMINN. Absolutely awful company and customer service. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

I would not recommend that you buy from this company/group of if you live in the UK and are use to our consumer protection rights. Any issue, even within the first 30 days are directed straight to the manufacturer as a warranty issue irrespective of the right to return an item. This was a £500 product.

Ordered a rainbow parasol. Really good experience. Delivered sooner than expected. Good price and good quality. Very happy.

Received the wetsuit without any problems. I always buy Orca wetsuits. I have bought a lot of Orca wetsuits over the years. They are always good.
