SwimOutlet great products great prices service and support

I have shopped at swim outlet for several years and everything is great. Great products, prices, and excellent customer service and support. However, my recent purchase was a little confusing with the 4th of July sale. Nike swimsuit in Navy was 25% off but the black was not. So I changed my order and all is good.

Most of the experience was great

Most of the experience was great. I was able to find what I wanted at good prices. It was less than perfect because the fins I received were much larger than I expected. I don't remember that being mentioned in the description of the fins.

I like it :)

It's not Nike or Reebok but, it will work for what I am in need of... a running outfit without wedgie issues.

It also matches my prescription helmet (Epilepsy) color/team colors for Paws Pack Racing Team. My Service Dog and I do Dog Powered Sports: Canicross.

They owe me $35

I ordered trunks for my son.
They came sewn shut; one of the legs! I sent pictures to customer service. They gave me return instructions, a paper to put in the package and a return postage for the package. I did that! Plus the tags were still on. They sent me an email that they got it but have yet to refund my $35!!! That’s been over a month ago.

Company made good on things but too much aggravation to get to that point

I am always fine updating a review if the company does right to rectify things. Since posting, the company did make good on the disputed amount. I am raising the review from one star to 3 as a result. However, it took a ridiculous amount of unneccesary time on my part. I still feel like a company should honor a credit they claimed was posted when a customer points out it never came through. And I do not think there should be customer service people that have you return an item and then another who tells you no refund will come due to an unrelated dispute they caused by not rectifying the credit that failed to post. So three stars for their actual product and willingness to do right in the end

Don't believe their expedited shipping

I needed swim caps for an race 5 days away. Before ordering, I called customer service service to inquire about their expedited shipping. They ensured me if I ordered that day, my caps would arrive in one to two days. I asked again to confirm, they said absolutely. Well, no caps arrived. I checked and now they aren't arrived until after the race. I'm an so angry! I'll never order from them again and will recommend them to anyone.

Watch out for unauthorized charges

My problem with Swim Outlet is not with their products or customer service. My problem is with repeated unauthorized charges allegedly associated with some kind of annual fee that I never agreed to.

The only business I had recently was…

The only business I had recently was today's automatic subscription to membership. I'm old and changing weight, had 4 surgeries, and it will be a while before I get to swim again unfortunately. Besides, my compression knee socks don't look good with swimwear....
