Best quality at the best prices

Easy to maneuver in the website to find what I was looking for.

My experience was terrific. I needed to exchange a swimsuit purchase for a different size. The "Happy returns" process was super easy. I followed the online return instructions and took the suit to UPS. The store credit was instantly added to my account. I then purchased the new size and it was shipped the same day. It could not have been easier.

I found the products that I was looking for easily!! I also loved the fact that the website was very fast and showed all of the products quickly. The options to buy are extraordinary!

Swim outlet have a very disappointed customer support. They do not follow through and are actually not helpful at all. Their first reaction is to blame the customer. I have been a customer for many years and this last order mishap was the last straw. I absolutely donot recommend buying your swim suits and gears from them. The swim guy is more helpful and if you cannot get to the store Amazon will be there.

I ordered two items and paid for the items to be delivered within 1-2 days. It didn't happen. I just got off the phone with customer service Manager Haynie. All she could offer was to refund the shipping. So, in theory, I will receive the items one week from the day I paid for my order. This doesn't cut it. I purchased the items so that I would receive them within 1-2 days. I didn't purchase them to receive them in a week. I have have nothing to do with the weather, nor shipping. That is swimoutlet's issue, not mine. They need to figure out a better way to treat their customers.

Shipping by fedex was very delayed and I had an email exchange with swimoutlet customer service and Brandy was amazing! She sent a detailed response about what she could find out re: fedex shipping, offered to refund the order, ordered to send new items. It did arrive and I let Brandy know and she emailed again saying she had been checking the status of fedex shipping of my order this weekend. She went out of her way to help me.
And, the products are really great. Highly recommend

Site is OK. Would like that it could remember the suits, goggles and other stuff I bought and focus on similar items instead of having to search each item individually each time.

A large variety of swimwear and gears

Would have been nice to be able to more easily find matching bottoms and tops

I've been ordering swimming gear and swimwears for my daughter and I am always satisfied and happy with my purchase! Will definitely recommend!

Variety quality price: all top notch. And far shipping top it up

I bought a couple items that were over $50 and saw I would get free shipping then I saw the offer for the membership so I went for that but didn't realize that this lowered my overall price to $48 and canceled the free shipping. Had I been aware of this before placing the order I would have added something to my order.
I haven't actually received my products yet.
