We had a great time! The space is very spacious and clean with lots of sunlight and a nice shaded area. There is lots of seating and the pool itself is beautiful and clean. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating. We definitely recommend!

Total splash success! Clean, warm saltwater + floaties our granddaughter named Watermelon, Pool Bed, Blue Ball & Rainbow Ball = nonstop fun. Shady chill zones, a roomy changing hut, and the perfect host. We’re already planning our return!

The application is really easy to use, understand, and has much clarity. I am able to communicate with everyone here and get answers quick.

The pool was sparkling clean and incredibly well-maintained. Plenty of seating, great atmosphere, and the perfect temperature for a relaxing swim. We spent a reasonable amount of time before the storm. It is perfect for families! The shallow end was great for the kids, and there were plenty of shaded areas for parents to relax. Absolutely stunning pool area, only was the pool top-notch, but they also had fresh towels, clean restrooms, and a poolside area to place the food and drinks. Everything we needed was right there. Loved how peaceful this pool area was. Not too crowded, and everyone was respectful. We enjoyed our time by the pool, with clear water and good vibes. The kids didn’t want to leave! Only thing was the grass could have been trimmed down some more. Ms. Kay is very sweet, respectful, and great at making this pool welcoming for all ages.

It was nice to filter our places that were dog friendly. I use it because my area gets so hot that my dog needs a different type of exercise to protect his pause. This is easy to use :)

Will never use this company again, because this company has no customer care phone number and any problem that occur, have to be dealing with some computer AI.
Me and my wife made reservation last Saturday for next day from 9:30am - 11:300am. When we arived on the destination, we friendly ring the bell and nock the door. After 10-15 minutes the host came out and yelling on us, that we have to communicate with him only thru swimply platform (we never had to do that with previous hosts) and without any explanation he said that he is canceling our reservation. When we try to reach swimply.com to get our money back, there is absolutely nobody to talk to. Company without customer care is not company i want to spent my money.

Customer service is like talking to a drunk toddler!!! So so so horrible!!!!

I loved how easy it was to book time to swim in a swim spa. It was peaceful, private, and exceeded my expectations.

Love this pool! The backyard is huge. My dogs were able to go into a full gallop and just have a wonderful time. Since it is heating up we cant take the dogs out on walks so this is a fantastic replacement to help our two dogs burn their pent up energy. James was very kind and we will absolutely be back soon.

Perfect experience! Quiet and serene as well as beautiful landscaping, and pool! It was just what we needed!

We had a great experience. We celebrated my daughters 10th birthday and host made sure she felt extra special leaving a small gift for her.
They gave us the opportunity to add additional hours and was very fast to respond. Will definitely come back

Once you find a spot and you have a pending reservation on Swimply it is possible for someone else to book it before you and take your spot. Reservations fill up fast, so you have to be quick. It's not easy to use as far as booking and editing it once it is pending either. And the prices can go up on you if reservation is pending and the host changes the prices. You pay in tiers depending on how long you are staying for the day as well as how many people come to the booking.

Great pool and deck, with comfortable furniture. Convenient bathroom/change room/sauna was handy, and the pool toys on hand were put to good use.
