Second time booking and it was amazing. We had so many game options wish I booked more time. Amazing for pictures. We had so much fun & lovely hosts definitely will be coming back!

I tried renting 4 different pools and the bookings were either cancelled or they expired due to no response from the owner. 2 owners told me their listed pools weren’t actually available due to construction and insurance issues. Originally, after the guest booking, I accepted a credit but after the 4th cancellation I’ve lost confidence that bookings are even really possible. This is a SCAM as the company now will not refund me even though I have not been able to book through no fault of my own. BUYER BEWARE!!

Great app . Definitely worth it

I’ve had only one negative experience on this app, all others have been excellent! It’s a great way to connect people who want to find mutually respectful guests looking to enjoy an experience with a private pool with hosts looking to earn some income with a pool that’s not being used and treat their property respectfully as if it were their own. That’s been our experience!

So many options to choose from, easy site to book and the customer service is easy to contact with quick response.

As a host, the offer of insurance is abysmal. I had a guest damage a $600 pool cleaner and swimply offered me $50, no more than a consolation prize. Why even offer insurance if you aren't going to actually pay out claims where someone benefits. This isn't the first damage I have had and its just more and more money out of pocket.

Incredible host. Not instrusive at all, but very available and accommodating. Great pool, floats, toys and kiddie pool for my granddaughter and beautiful landscape. Can’t wait to go back!

I’m a Swimply host, meaning I rent out my pool using their platform, and I’ve been doing it for a couple of years now. Overall, it’s been a mostly positive experience—but there are some ongoing issues.

The site and app can be glitchy, and some problems just never seem to get fixed. I’ve had error messages pop up randomly, and a few times bookings have gone missing. Reaching out to support isn’t always helpful either—responses can be slow, and sometimes the support agent just drops off mid-conversation, which is super frustrating.

Some of Swimply’s policies also don’t make a lot of sense from a host’s perspective. For example, I sometimes use “request only” mode so I can approve bookings manually, depending on what works for my schedule. But when I decline a request, Swimply flags it like it’s a problem and asks me to explain why I said no. It kind of defeats the purpose of having that option in the first place. They also threaten to penalize me for declining a request.

Our host was amazing and his space was such a relaxing experience.

Amazing pool, but no TV outside as advertised, which was a bummer, since we booked an evening Swimply to swim and watch the Thunder game at the same time. The host was very helpful and setup the projector for us, but we couldn’t se the game on it until it was time to leave, because that’s when it got dark and you can’t see anything projected on a projector screen until it’s pretty much dark. I would’ve like to have known about there no longer being an outdoor TV, because of our particular evening plans, so that should be edited on the amenities, but other than that everything was perfect.

We had a great time! The space is very spacious and clean with lots of sunlight and a nice shaded area. There is lots of seating and the pool itself is beautiful and clean. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating. We definitely recommend!

Total splash success! Clean, warm saltwater + floaties our granddaughter named Watermelon, Pool Bed, Blue Ball & Rainbow Ball = nonstop fun. Shady chill zones, a roomy changing hut, and the perfect host. We’re already planning our return!

The application is really easy to use, understand, and has much clarity. I am able to communicate with everyone here and get answers quick.

The pool was sparkling clean and incredibly well-maintained. Plenty of seating, great atmosphere, and the perfect temperature for a relaxing swim. We spent a reasonable amount of time before the storm. It is perfect for families! The shallow end was great for the kids, and there were plenty of shaded areas for parents to relax. Absolutely stunning pool area, only was the pool top-notch, but they also had fresh towels, clean restrooms, and a poolside area to place the food and drinks. Everything we needed was right there. Loved how peaceful this pool area was. Not too crowded, and everyone was respectful. We enjoyed our time by the pool, with clear water and good vibes. The kids didn’t want to leave! Only thing was the grass could have been trimmed down some more. Ms. Kay is very sweet, respectful, and great at making this pool welcoming for all ages.

It was nice to filter our places that were dog friendly. I use it because my area gets so hot that my dog needs a different type of exercise to protect his pause. This is easy to use :)
