Product shipped on 12th - still not arrived . Sent an email on 19 th no response. Spoke to a rude customer service operator, called Andrew, today 21st). Still no product - he suggested it could be at the Royal Mail sorting office and maybe the postman didn’t have any cards to let me know. He stated he was very happy with the service I received when I queried if he thought this was ok. He obviously has lower standards than I do. Amateurish is my one word description!

Excellent service and product as described.

I bought this as a Xmas present for my grandson so unable to give his reaction but delivery was prompt.

No problems.
Item arrived as expected.

Addendum:

Further to the initial review on 6th November, I feel obliged to update my previous review with my recent experience pertaining to the Returns Policy stated on the Swim Space website.

Despite it was stated on the website:

- You have up to 14 days from receiving an item, to change your mind and return it for a full refund. You don't have to give a reason.

- For a full refund, the goods must be in a saleable condition.

Please don't be fooled about the ease or possibility of returning any products,

When I have contacted the Swim space team within the 14 days, to return my pair of fins as they were too large (size S for UK 6), I was told I could not as they were used.

Despite the disappointment, I am happy to share that I have found a pair of XS alpha Pro Fins from aquasphere on Wiggle that fit me perfectly.

Fantastic product and service. Item was as described and arrived before the stated delivery time. Overall, a great site, will use again.

These goggles are a definite improvement and more comfortable than the usual ones. I found that they do leak a bit but I have a very narrow head. I had thought of choosing a junior version but was worried it would be too tight and uncomfortable. The leakage is only slight and pools on my cheek so doesn't affect sight. I just periodically lift the seal on my cheek to remove. I do find that they press on the bridge of my nose and leave quite a mark there. I've tried loosening off the strap but then the leaking is worse. The main reason I got them was to avoid the awful marks from smaller goggles and it definitely scores on that front.

Quick delivery. Product was good.

Bought swim fins. Great product and great price. Just a bit disappointed that they took a week to arrive after email to say dispatched. However very disappointed at the lack of communication when trying to contact them, as mentioned by a couple of other reviews. Tried numerous times to phone to check up on delivery but left on hold until I gave up. Sent a couple of emails and never replied to them.
So, great product, great price but bad communication. However I would have no hesitation in purchasing again from them.

I thoroughly recommend swimspace after purchasing aqua sphere goggles at a terrific sale price and receiving them so quickly thereafter. This is how service should be!!!

Great value products which arrived as described and in good condition. However delivery took over 1 week and there was no reply to any emails I sent. I had to make a phone call to get an update

The Aqua Sphere kids goggles are excellent. Our boy is much more confident with them on. Delivery was fast and they arrived just in time for his swimming lesson.
