STAY AWAY from this company!! I gave them one star because there is no option for ZERO STARS! I ordered a Medium swimsuit, but they sent me an XXL. They state they sent me the XXL because they were out of Mediums, but never emailed or contacted me to give me the choice of cancelling the order. Now they will only offer a 40% refund and say that shipping will absolutely not be refunded. This company is a SCAM!

THE BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUE! They will send you hideous items you never ordered and trying to get a full refund is next to impossible. STAY AWAY!

It is a scam LOL.

They're more interested in finding "Brand Ambassadors" than actually selling? Plus they want you to cover a "one-time shipping fee" (usually $20ish I've heard). I googled it before following through, but they will either take your money and run or send you something so awful they can still make money! There's a great YouTube video about a girl who got offered this same scam if you're interested in more.

Total frauds and scammers. I received items that I never ordered, items I would never wear. They said I can keep them, they were not going to send me what I ordered and paid for and they would give me a 40% refund. When I said no, they kept trying to negotiate with me a refund of 45% and a discount. That it cost too much to return to China, as if they were helping me. I will NEVER give them my money again. Scammers!!

Took over a month to receive my swimsuits.
Well, received 1 swimsuit out of the 3 I ordered.
NOBODY WILL RETURN MY EMAIL OR CALL
Swimsuit is a large and fits like a small.
Do NOT order from this company.

WHAT A SCAM! Don't order from here! I did, and what a rip off. I read the reviews about sizes being small, so I ordered a swimsuit in size 2X. They sent me a swimsuit I didn't order, in the wrong size and their "customer service" answer was, well they come from China and it's expensive to return, so how about we refund you 30% and you keep the suit. WHAT??!! Needless to say, I said no way. They kept harping about shipping fees and upped it to their "high end refund" of 65%. I still declined, yet today they issued $25.50 refund for a $43.00 order and I'm stuck with a small suit I didn't order. Horrible experience, product and customer service. Buyer beware/ shop elsewhere!

This company has to be in the Top Ten of worst selling practices around! After inquiring as to how to return a very disappointing product, here is the response I received:
Apologize for the unhappy and the inconvenience caused.
But the returning address is in China. It is expensive to ship oversea.
In addition, it appears that the parcel would be lost if you send to a large warehouse somewhere in China.

In other words---the consumer is S.O.L. in dealing with Swimsuitsnova. I hope this review assists viewers in avoiding such regrettable service.

I would not even give this 1 star! I am soooo freaking mad. I ordered women's crocs. The description and picture showed women's crocs! Did those specific ones come in? Hell No!! Knock Off brand did!! This company needs to be shut down!! First
Of all it took TWO i repeat TWO months to
Come in! And the Email’s between me and them were very fishy. They kept making excuses about where they were. When i tracked them it showed in Georgia but when i emailed them they said it was coming from over seas and had not got America yet. Explain that crap to me!! I would not recommend this site to anyone! They can rot in hell!

My order took about 4 weeks to receive but I received exactly what I ordered and I am happy with my purchase. I wear a ladies 16 but after seeing their size chart I ordered a 3X ladies swim shorts. They look great and fit great and are just a little bit loose which is fine

1 star only because you can’t give a negative.... should have looked at the reviews before I ordered🤦‍♀️Absolute sham! You will not get what you ordered! Save yourself the hard ache! I know the pictures look cute, but that is NOT what you will get! Trust all these reviews. Businesses like this need to be stopped!

Do not purchase from this company. I had the same experience as the others. Wrong order sent. They will not refund me for ny entire purchase. Terrible company.

I didn't receive what I ordered (it was something totally different, that I don't like or want) & nobody will answer my emails, so I guess I am stuck with these ugly swimsuits.
I have learned my lesson about buying from non-reputable sites/companies.

Sent me the wrong item. Didn't want to take it back. Offered me 10% back. Then 15% when I said no to the 10%. Horrible company horrible customer service.

They are not the same measurements and they tell you one thing and then it is another. They made me an offer that I paid X for three dancers / bikinis and they have brought me 1 and it is not worth it. They do not reply to messages. It's lousy.

Ok, I was skeptical, nervous, and expecting the worst after reading so many bad reviews....BUT (and I’m a real consumer from SF) it was great. Honestly. I really appreciated so many reviews saying the suits run really small, cause over here in America, we are bigger boned. I’m 5’4” 150 and muscular and ordered an extra large one piece. A tie-dyed low cut one piece and I like it and it fits. I’m short tho.... it also came on time (from China so like 2 weeks) and I was kinda shocked. So well done swimsuitnova, I think you’ve been working hard to improve and you have!

He bought two swimsuits they never arrived, he asked to cancel the order and return the money They never returned it

I ordered 3 swimsuits and only one arrived but the whole package was marked as delivered. When I contacted them they said sorry they are low on stock and refuse to refund me and then just stopped responding DO NO BUY FROM THIS SCAM

It took a month to receive someone else’s order. The company will not send what I ordered. They gave a lame excuse about their workers being exhausted. They want me to pay for return shipping on something I didn’t order and said they’ll reimburse me 40%. So I have no suit and I’m out 60% plus shipping of the wrong product and have to pay return shipping on something they sent me by mistake.
DO NOT order from this company.

If I could give this company negative 10 stars I would.

I ordered a suit in the beginning of November for Christmas. I started emailing the company a week before Christmas asking for tracking, which they could not provide a working link for me. I was told to be patient and that the item was on it's way. After several days of going back and forth the item arrived two days before Christmas. So grateful that it finally came, I ripped open the package to find that they sent me two stockings and no suit.

I emailed them to let them know that they sent me the wrong item, and asked for my money back. They replied that they can't take return items on suits, and they were really sorry I wasn't happy with my order. They offered me 30% discount and told me I could keep the items. I didn't receive a suit, so the return of a suit is a moot point. They are acting as if I didn't like the color of the item sent, they sent me the wrong item and a completely different order!

I am going through the trouble of filing a credit card claim because I can't help but feel that this is a pretty good scam that they have going on. It was their mistake and they are refusing to make it right. Be aware of this company!!
