Do not buy any one piece bathing suits apparently they are made for children. I'm only 100 pounds I got a small and a medium. I posted a picture of the medium just to show how bad it is on their site but it wasn't posted go figure. It pulls from one side because the measurements are so off! The material is stiff and smells weird. DO NOT BUY and I forgot to mention it took 3 months to ship! CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP

I received my swimsuit and it was not the color I ordered.😔 I have read all the reviews and it sounds like I will be stuck with it. Won't make this mistake again!! I will spend my money at a reputable website!

I ordered 2 swimsuits $50 value and never received them. The 1st tracking number provided was useless for USA P.O. I finally received and US tracking number that showed delivered. I never received the shipment. No refund available.

Not only will your order take a month to receive, you will receive toddler sized clothing. Wish I could attach a picture for proof. After a brief email conversation with their so called customer service team, they only offered a refund if I mail back my toddler swim trunks (that cost $35) to China with a tracking number. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from this scam. You will not get what you ordered. You will waste your money. You will be dissatisfied. And, for the customer support person trained to respond to these reviews, don’t give me that speech you can’t exchange clothes that were worn line, you would need to actually put them on for that to take place, these shorts couldn’t get past my ankles if I tried. Stay away folks, learn from my mistake.

I’m “5’8” in height .These models aren’t short but SwimsuitNova is advertising these models wearing size “Small” that doesn’t even fit a women that’s “5” ft tall so the advertisement is a LIE. The size Small doesn’t even fit a woman size “5” tall.Now I bought a size Large and still the bathing suit is too small !!!!! So if you’re “5’8” in height make sure to buy size Extra Large !!!! Any taller you won’t fit into any of these bathing suits.The worse part is that you Can’t get a refund so there is absolutely NO returns. All they offer is an 20% discount so you can purchase again. Also their items have no labels of the brand or even price tickets. There for the sizes are untrue. They are selling size small as a size large. All a SCAM !

TERRIBLE CHINESE COMPANY. I bought swim shorts that came falling apart at the seams. I sent photos proving the issue and they continued to barter a refund, first 20%..30%...50%.. 60%. They offered a 60% refund on a damaged product they sent and said I could fix them myself. Finally, after 10 emails demanding a full refund, I received a refund for the item but not the shipping.

Order swim suit still has not shipped something about inspection 😬. Don't understand will not order again. Would not recommen buying from this company.

I would not recommend Swimsuit Nova at all. My son ordered a suit that was too small. It took weeks to arrive and Swimsuit Nova refused to provide a refund or an exchange. So, basically, they would not stand behind their product. Don't buy from this company.

Swimsuit took about a month to receive but they answered promptly when I questioned the delay. Swimsuit was as described.

I wouldnt even give it one star. FAKE.

This is the shadiest company ever. I made sure they had a US address on their website before I ordered. That was just for show. I ordered 2 hyperswitch color change swimsuits (that took 7 weeks to arrive after repeated emails), and they are a cheap dollar store version of shorts. They are not anything remotely close to what I ordered. After several back and forth emails, they let me know that I can’t return swimwear and offered a 30%, then a 35%, then a 20% refund and I could keep the garbage they sent. It’s all a scam. Then they said I could return them to China for a full refund once they received them. So, I paid $70 for the suits and I could pay $40 to return them (no) and trust them to refund me? Because they’ve been so honest? Don’t waste your time or money!

They are STILL the WORST company ever. The garbage they sent me is a complete ripoff, nothing like they advertised. And the no return policy is complete crap since they never sent what I ordered. I will continue to spread the word on any platform I can. Thanks, swimsuitnova!

Don't buy from this company. Took a month to receive, so it arrived after my trip. No order confirmation email, no packing slip. The bag had Chinese writing on it and they lied about the value on the customs slip. They don't do returns and offered me the measly 15% off.

They straight up CHANGED my review where I talked about the flaws in the bathing suit and deleted pics that showed the flaws in the bathing suit I got even thought I said in the review I like the suit and would buy another color and just try to fix the flaw. That’s so shady. People deserve to know what they could possibly be getting. My second order has not been shipped and it’s been 18 days since I ordered it. I’ve emailed them about both. We’ll see what happens.

First off the only 3 reviews on this site are 1 star so how the company got a 2.8 rating is interesting to me. The service sucks, the shipping is from China and takes over a month and when they send the wrong size your options are keep the item and get a 15% refund or pay to ship the item back to China for a full refund. Youve been warned

Fake company. Don’t waste your money

Look at their swimsuits...no like REALLY LOOK. They are photoshopped onto the models on their website - specifically the one-pieces. It looks like they drew the swimsuits on the models right from their computer. If I could post my screenshots I would. Just look at the one piece bathing suits specifically. Those are their best aka worst work. It’s actually embarrassing. This is not legit...they are taking apparel from other places, cutting out the item and putting it on another model from their site. Don’t be surprised when you aren’t sent anything after you order - they don’t actually own, sell, make, etc any of the products they claim to on the site. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
