Glad to know that I'm not the only person swindled by this company. Do not do business with them unless you enjoy over paying for a sleeve of golf balls. I hope whoever ended up with my money spent it on the worst round of golf of their lives.

A total disappointment

A total disappointment and act of deception on the part of Swingbits.com. As voiced by the others on this site I can only say shame on me for not catching the charges (3) on my bank account. The representative on the line was courteous but brief and cancelled my subscription and then just hung up. I was only told I should have (read the fine print), that says after 7 days they will bill me for online access to lessons/ golf tips. I would think after 150 dollars in charges a dozen golf balls would have been a nice compensation? Now I ask myself if the balls I hit were even created by Calcutta? Maybe just unmarked ProV's I'll never use their product again nor endorse it.

My email to Swingbits:

My email to Swingbits:

Your promotional offer is bait and switch with fine print that you don’t expect anyone to see. Reputable businesses will honor refunds regardless of the “fine print”. Your setup was intended to be a scam. Who would knowingly pay $50.00 for 3 balls? You advertised 3 balls for $1.00 and included a cancellation policy which is misleading.

You give business in America a bad name. I have already reported you to the BBB and will continue to review your services and products as a complete scam.

Know that Karma will eventually catch up to you or someone you care about one day.

I am going to fall in line with all my fellow reviewers. It is a big rip off. Swingbits can't be any shadier in the way they practice their business model. You can bet your bottom dollar that even if I could hit the golf ball an extra 100 yards, I will not do business with this company. I can't stress enough that if you are thinking about doing anything with this company, DON'T!

Along with all the other reviews

Along with all the other reviews, I am so upset right now I can't see straight. I called them and they offered me 50% off the "membership". I told the rep that I don't want that and wanted a refund and my membership cancelled. He said the membership charge was in the terms and conditions and they couldn't allow a refund. He said my membership was cancelled (at my request) and mumbled something unintelligible and said "have a nice day' and hung up on me. I'm going to file a report to the BBB.
