The shop has a particularly nice curated feel to Focused around Swiss sweets and snacks made with their traditional recipes and great ingredients. All in all it gives the shop quite an authentic touch

Overall, it’s a convenient option if you’re specifically looking for traditional swiss chocolate brands, especially for gifts or trying something different from the typical supermarket selection

Shamefully bad, from order management to packing and shipping —not to mention more than half the items in my order were mistaken! Not even bothering to engage again with the seller whose communication management matches the rest of the process. Worst ecommerce experience in as long as i can remember!

I ordered one of the luxury chocolate boxes and was really happy. The chocolates were smooth, rich, and clearly high quality, got a nice variety of classic Swiss flavours. The packaging felt elegant and made it perfect as a gift for a special friend

My order took a little longer to arrive than I expected, and there wasn’t much communication from the seller during the processing that made me a bit nervous at first. But once the box arrived, it was nicely packed, and everything was in good condition. The chocolate and snacks were tasty, and you can certainly say that there is some care in the selection of products. I am by no means an expert in chocolate, but I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality.

I ordered some Lindt chocolates and got some freebies included too. They came quite quickly

I had the same experience as AH. Paid through Klarna and got a call from Swiss Dreams saying the payment wasn't received. But after several weeks I got a package which didn't include a single item I had ordered. No handwritten notes. There was e.g. instead of 8EUR chocolate bar a 2EUR Micros bulk version which isn't even available on their online shop. (edit: Noticed later that most of the chocolates had expire date 2024) I have sent them an email but haven't heard from them. I'm not going to return the package unless I receive my order though.
So, please don't bother buying anything from them.

I ordered paid through Klarna Someone rang from a mobile number saying they were from Swiss dreams and payment hadn’t been received, I told them I would send proof of purchase and he said he would email me. Never heard back. Can’t contact company through email or phone. I haven’t received my order.
I have received a response which is appreciated. I understand issues with Klarna these things happen, but I had no confirmation Email, no reply to 3 emails and no replies to any of the numbers I rang including the one the staff member rang on, so I’m sure you can understand why it looked like a scam, and didn’t receive my order which was a Xmas present so had to raise an issue with Klarna.

At first I was slightly nervous due to a lack of communication in terms of my order being processed. However, it was delivered quickly, packaged beautifully and came with some extra goodies with a very nice handwritten note. Would 100% buy from there again.
