I was recommended by a friend to purchase from this company.I checked them out and found that the prices were cheaper than buying from Victorinox directly.I subscribed and received a discount code so I thought let’s go for it.I purchased the knife on Friday and asked for next day delivery with Royal Mail who I know are not that quick and it was a Bank Holiday.Well,just had my friendly posti turn up with my item.It is beautiful,the price was great and the service outstanding.I will be buying from them again and can only recommend them highly.Use them,you won’t be disappointed.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Product would benefit from more description just to help a bit more between products.
That said I was kept well up to date on the delivery and the product itself is superb. Very pleased with this product and would recommend to others.

Ordered watch which arrived within 2 days. All in perfect working order as you would expect. Checked alternative cheaper websites on trustpilot and so glad I just paid that little bit more at Swiss-store

The Swiss army knife, seems to be made well. I could imagine that it could come in handy in surviving in the wild. I have already used the screwdriver part so far.

The website offers some great products but I managed to buy only what I needed (this time)!

I ordered a new strap with polished buckle. A brushed buckle was supplied. All the paperwork stated a polished buckle but the item was incorrect. Nevertheless, to avoid returning the item, I have kept the new strap.

Ordered this as a Christmas present for my daughter to give to her dad, the man who has everything! He absolutely loved it!! Beautiful personalised and of course, exceptional quality. It arrived really quickly too. Thank you so much for a fantastic gift! Wish I could ad a photo!!

Superb product and service

Swiss Store is incapable of despatching an item I ordered and have paid for. I ordered it five days age, was sent a despatch email but they've since confirmed that it wasn't sent. So they said they'd send it yesterday, but they haven't. I'll never order from them again.
I've looked into Swiss Store and it's owned by a web of companies (Outdoor365 Ltd, which is owned by Online365 Ltd, all linked to one guy from Watford - all seems questionable)

Personalised item, however was posted the next day and delivered the following. Excellent item also.

The product arrived as described and was very good quality
