I put a previous review they felt was…

I put a previous review they felt was wrong.

Switcheroo took my info and passed it on several other co ponies and j got spam called non stop.
I have the call logs plus the emails to show I used switcheroo and how suddenly when I looked at an EE sim card on their site, I was hounded by sim.card companies for weeks.

Nothing malicious just the truth that switcheroo take your info and give it to other companies to contact you

Andrei was a life saver

Andrei was a life saver. He made me understand how the electricity and gas work. His explanation made everything simple. I was able to cut my electricity and gas bill by up to 20% today. Very patient and informative worker. Thank you very much for the help, I appreciate it.

Andrei was very helpful and patient

Andrei was very helpful and patient. He took his time explaining what the best deals for us were and at the end cut our wifi costs by over 50% and gave us increased speed at the same time.
Excellent customer service and very friendly guy. Keep it up.

Cheaper energy rates to good to be true

When first joined switcheroo energy pricers was cheap at first then britsh gas tryed to increase bill in october when was called from liverpool a actual oprative what was working from hme asked why has bill been increased eventualy wavered debt have increased again same debt one oprative is saying has increased from £60 to £84 when a english oprative taken over a none english oprative call because could not handle complaint told me was not £84 was £98 while coughing like that contantly repeated £98 now my account is running a debt what i was not aware of did not recieve no email would be a increase in debit now im in a situation same has was with scotish power none english opratives putting me into a debt

A few weeks ago I received an email from Sarah at switcheroo threatening me with regard to a review I was supposed to have made. I have never even heard of switcheroo before so asked them several times to send me details of said review ie date and text of review. Heard nothing back yet ok if they made a mistake regarding review I would have thought a simple apology is not too much to ask

Questionable GDPR

Questionable GDPR. Immediately started getting spam email from various sources after inputting details.

Requested to ‘unsubscribe’ from their emails and they kept coming which I’m pretty sure is illegal

British gas made everything so simple from the right tariff for me to having my contract the way I want it the lady was very patient with me as I couldn't always understand what she mentioned

The salesman agent was really lovely to speak to and very knowledgeable! He looked to give us the best price for the best speeds. I cannot remember his name but hes from Carlisle and lived in Manchester, he attended 17/02/26 in the silksworth Sunderland area. He was very friendly and funny to talk to.
