Go elsewhere

Ordered a phone but arrived dirty and the speakers were full of something. I returned it for a replacement which arrived in the same condition.

There are so many alternatives to buy refurbished phones from so save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

As discussed on our email thread, the replacement handset was delayed due to the new address being input incorrectly and feedback from yourself was you preferred to return the handset for a refund but there was no mention of the condition received. Didnt realise The Range was Swycha

Bought refurbished iphone7 from The Range only to find out 3 months later when battery died it was really through Swycha. Apparently you don’t get a brand new battery when you get a refurbished phone - even if it costs you hundreds of pounds. Who knew! Also it didnt come with any charging lead. All in sll deeply disappointed and out of pocket now having to get new battery put in locally already as wont stay charged for long and cant use apps without phone crashing even with 128gb.

We're really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you, and as discussed with over the phone with you, the batteries are tested for tolerances to ensure they meet the minimum requirements and can confirm that we have not missold the phone, it is refurbished and as discussed, are more than happy to swap the unit it for another, newer model so that you don't have to pay for a replacement battery.
