Excellent customer service which is rare nowadays. 10/10

Disappointing products, very low quality. I ordered the silver cross, duo chain combo. I would have expected better quality for the price. This is on par with something you would get out of an Arcade vending machine or a Christmas cracker. Don't bother. I gave 2 stars as it did turn up and it looked like the product advertised, not as shiny and sounds like cheap tin rattling.

My experience was truly amazing from start to finish. Quick response the items were delivered on the day stated and the quality and absolute beauty of my jewellery was truly outstanding. I wear them everyday and they look amazing and will always look perfect. Thank you 🤩 my next order is in the way.

They shipped within a few days. I'm from Canada so it took time from US to get to Canada from April 8th until April 21st. The packaging was very nice, separate clear pouch for each item (3 items I ordered) and then 2 Sylvian Grant leather pouches 1 for the ring and 1 for a layered necklace set. The quality of them are amazing out of the package, a very nice shine! I can't speak for how long they will last and their lifetime warranty but if this is how it'll stay, I would gladly buy from again in the future when they release new products.

Customer service was responsive to my payment issue and promptly fixed it. The tennis bracelet is beautiful- easy to wear and doesn’t snag on fabric. I’m now waiting to receive the tennis necklace. Beautiful, everyday jewelry!

I reached out to them and they gave me a credit quickly and easily even though I had already submitted my order. It’s hard to find companies that are willing to take the time to make their customers happy.

I have purchased a few bracelets and I am delighted with them. I had a slight issue with one of them as it broke in two pieces. However, I contacted Sylviangrant and provided a photo of the broken bracelet.
The customer service provided by your company is excellent. From my initial contact, to receiving the new bracelet, everything was dealt with promptly.
When you say a lifetime guarantee, you actually mean it.

Great experience with costumer service. Quality of the jewellery is amazing.

Although I received my products, half my order was incorrect and despite several emails requesting an exchange, I have yet to receive ANY response.

So, despite receiving half my order correctly - which I do like, the severe lack of responsiveness from the company has led me to not recommend them.

I had intended to order more product but will not continue to patronize them for their lack of responsiveness.

My chain broke, they fixed and shipped me a new one free of charge. Really is a wonderful company and I love my Necklace!
