After having had a problem with a bracelet I had ordered. I sent an email to customer service with a picture. I received a reply that day. They immediately sent me a replacement with their apologies.
It’s rare to get customer service like that these days.
I love their jewelry, it is understated elegance

I purchased a necklace from Sylvian Grant and it was very nice. Sadly I had to return it because of the size. The return and the customer service was outstanding. I would definitely buy from them again.

Excellent customer service. I ordered 2 tennis bracelets, (1 as gift and 1 for myself) however unfortunately when applying the new customer discount code it didn't work, therefore I paid the full price. I emailed the support team who apologised and immediately refunded me the discount I had expected, they also offered me further discount off my next order which I have just placed today. The Tennis bracelets I received are gorgeous either worn on its own or stacked with others.

I’m so excited to receive a silver cross necklace and a bracelet from this company. So far, in dealing with customer service, due to my own mess up, they have been warm and kind and very prompt in responding to my emails. I’m so grateful. Looking forward to my package!

I was unhappy with the necklace I ordered as I am used to sterling silver and this necklace was dull and wasn’t the look I typically wear.

I understand shipping times can vary, but paying extra for express shipping and still waiting more than a week is disappointing. It would be better to either improve delivery speed or be more transparent about what “express” actually means.

Charged me twice instead of a refund do not trust these scammers

Also, if you need to return your jewelry for any reason, the experience is amazing. The company stays in contact with you and makes the return process so easy.
