Great outdoor TV with Soundbar. Definitely needed for outdoor viewing. Great picture and sound. Uses Google TV platform.

We love our outdoor TV! It syncs to all of our streaming services, so the only thing we needed was an outlet. It's perfect for our movie nights with our young daughters.

I was hesitant to spend that much money on something that could possibly break. We did have an issue with the picture not turning on after two months. However, I contacted costumer service, they responded immediately and are replacing our tv.

I had this TV for around 3 yrs.
The screen was cracked when I got it and they replaced it immediately.
I have had no issues till today.
You will never get a live customer service rep,always leave a message and they email or call back.

The buying experience was easy and great. The product of the TV and cabinet combo is also great. We love it so far. Even the customer support experience has been great. Recommend buying. The shipment was also professional and well packaged. Fast shipping too.

My tv was delivered damaged, however it was replaced immediately. Looks good!

Purchased an outdoor tv from Sylvox for my deck. Really like it so far. Bought a ceiling mount separately, but realized after I ordered it that it didn't work on sloped ceilings. Contacted Sylvox and GERRY was able to help me get the mount returned (with free shipping!!!) and a refund issued very quickly. I appreciate the customer support that was provided.

I recently bought a Sylvox TV for my patio area. Initially I was hesitant based on the price but after receiving the product the quality is very clear. The screen quality is excellent for outdoor conditions and the product is very robust which makes me feel confident of the longevity. Highly recommended!

Our new TV had some discoloration and a streak at the top of the screen. I reached out to the company to replace under the one year warranty, and they were extremely quick to respond and quick to get us a replacement. I was very worried this was going to be a cumbersome process so i had put it off for a few months, but they made it very easy and were extremely kind. Our new TV is perfect and we are very pleased with the quality and service this company provides!

Have the Deck Pro 2.0, it's awesome, bright enough to see in direct sunlight. Great picture at night. Very happy with the TV!

I am really enjoying my new 65”TV from Sylvox. The picture is great and the set up has been east and seamless. I love the fact that I can enjoy the games next to my outdoor firepit especially sporting events.

Worst tv experience ever! The tv completely blew out after 1 month. Terrible customer service. Email & voice mail only. Closed on weekends. 😳 No one ever calls back. Impossible to get them to arrange a pick up. I managed to talk to 1 person over 3 weeks, no one calls back. I disputed it thru my credit card. Don’t waste your time & $$$$.

Received the TV worked well for month then failed. The Sylvox staff were most helpful and efficiently and immediatly replacing the TV, which now works perfectly. Had some questions about operation, emailed to support and received an answer inles than a day. Can't beat product or support.

I use my TV as a menu Board, it serves great and outside lighting and I haven’t really had any issues with it in over two years but when I do, it’s very easy to get help and response time is very short.

The quality of these outdoor waterproof TVs is absolutely amazing. I own two, a 65” and a 75”, and I rarely even cover them. Living in Miami, where the heat, humidity, and rain can be extreme, I can confidently say that their durability and resistance to the elements are truly impressive. Congratulations on making such an outstanding product and, just as importantly, for providing excellent customer service. Keep up the great work!
