55” Sylvox TV Delivery date
I recently purchased a 55” Sylvox TV & a motorized ceiling TV mount. Frustrated that delivery isn’t 3-5 days as noted when placing the order, Ian has been very helpful w/ providing most of the tracking numbers.
32" with DVD player
I recently purchased a Sylvox 32" Combi (built in DVD player), unfortunately, there was a problem when swithing the TV on (had to be several attempts to get a picture). I emailed Sylvox explaining the problem and had a reply from Sally asking for some pictures, then Sally informed me that another telly was en-route and she sent a returns label for the faulty set.
No drama's just great customer service. Thank you Sally for your prompt action and keeping me updated all of the way.

I purchased a 55" to be delivered in 2 to 5 business days. I email IAN and asked when it might be delivered? IAN was very quick getting back to me with FED-EX tracking numbers that don't open. Still not sure when delivery will happen?

Don’t use this company
Don’t use this company. I ordered a tv at the beginning of August and it didn’t turn up until I managed to contact them and tell them nothing had shipped. I then received a unit bug on unpacking found it was pre used and already broken. I am still trying to get a response from them to have it replaced. It’s the worst service ever. I just want my money back now. I see there is a 30 day money back statement
Maybe …. But if you can’t contact and they don’t pick up….

I had tv delivered back in May and it was stored in my garage while the backyard work was being completed. It took a couple of months until I was finally able to mount the tv up. To our surprise it wasn’t working properly. I immediately reached out to Ian that very swiftly helped me with a replacement to be sent my way.

I worked with Ian on an issue with the TV. Ian took care of it quickly, getting a new TV to our house to replace the first one that was delivered which had an issue with the screen.

Problem with DVD Region resolved quickly
The RV Smart TV/DVD combo came with the DVD set to Region 3 and I was unable to figure out how to play DVDs. I submitted a support ticket and within a few hours had a friendly, helpful response. It would be better if "pressing 8 five times" was in the online help, but the problem was resolved easily and quickly by Ian . The tv seems nifty for our camper/travels.

After sending a few pictures of my damaged TV they sent one the same day to replace it. Very happy with the customer service and can't wait to use my new outdoor TV.
