Honest Review

OK - I am still willing to give Sylvox a chance. I am now on my 3rd TV in less than 1 year (all replacements of original). Granted the clarity and color are outstanding and the enclosure is robust, and you certainly get the sense that this is a legitimate "outdoor" TV. But the glitches I keep experiencing with the internals, eventually leading to these replacements, gets me a little nervous about quality control and value over the long-haul. That said, customer service has been great (trust me - I've had a lot of interaction with them) and they have always owned to problems I have experienced, but frankly sometimes wish I just had a reliable TV. Fingers crossed . . .

The outdoor TV is great for Summer!

I had some difficulty in the beginning, but customer service was very committed to making sure I figured it out. We have enjoyed watching the basketball play-off games outside by the pool. My friends love it and want one of their own! I love the fact that the TV is dust proof and waterproof (on top). It's very sturdy, and the portable stand on wheels is very convenient. I love it.

Bad customer service!

Order partly received which was tv and sound bar but bracket coming from Amazon? When checked with Amazon, if ordered direct could get this next day but not this company. Needed it all to enable us to set up in our caravan. Numerous messages and emails questioning where bracket was, no response apart from 1st question about it, they put all query now on Amazon. TV and soundbar seem to be good, no problems and quick delivery. Customer service....or lack of response has let company down. Ashame as products received are good. I probably wouldnt buy from them again. Looking to get Satnav, was going to purchase from here but now doubting so will purchase elsewhere. If not for customer service would of been good rating.

TV worked fine until the remote got…

TV worked fine until the remote got wet. Currently it’s been lump of crap because the Support for this TV is horrible. I sent in all the information they requested within about 5hrs. It’s now been 10 days and I have contacted or attempted to contact them about 5 times now. They have called once 8 days in and I had to tell them about the email I sent them. Then they told me they had everything and someone would be in contact…. Silence, I have heard or seen nothing. Good luck if you need any support!

Crap Customer Service and Intallation

I ordered the 65" outdoor tv with installation. No issues setting up the installation. It was confirmed via email for Friday, May 22nd between 2 and 4 p.m. I was told we would get a phone call that day. Nothing. We called, and were told it would be looked at and we would get an email or a call back. The person you talk too has to pass on your inquiry, which is a total joke. Two days later, I get a call from a person who says he is at my house to install the television. It's Sunday and no one was home. I get home and there is only one guy. I have a 70lb t.v.. He drills into the mount, because he thinks he needs to, when he simply had to realign the bars. I then had to take two hours out of my day to help him, and lift it up on a ladder to install. What did I pay for? Nothing. I could have done this on my own. I follow up call resulted in being ignored. I'm going to contest the payment with the credit card company. Do not under any circumstances pay for the install. It is farmed out to "Angies List", so there is no accountability on anyone's part.

Hassle-free exchange

We recently ordered a Sylvox TV for our new outdoor living area and were thrilled when it arrived. After setting it up, we noticed a small black spot on the screen. We reached out to Sylvox’s Customer Service via email and had the pleasure of working with Sally, who was extremely communicative and helpful. She asked for a photo of the spot, which we promptly sent, and then arranged for a replacement TV. She also coordinated the return of the original unit, making the process seamless.

Our new TV is now set up and works perfectly. We highly recommend Sylvox for their excellent customer service and hassle-free handling of defective products. A special thank you to Sally for all her hard work and support throughout this process!

I recently purchased an outdoor TV from Sylvox. The clarity and color are outstanding, and the enclosure is robust. The cover was shipped but misdelivered by FEDEX. Sylvox sent a second one at no charge, and it delivered yesterday. All dealings with them have been prompt and professional. Thanks Sally.

Very poor.

Soundbar came with a US plug ( I’m based in UK) no response from customer services despite contacting them on their online chat and also WhatsApp.

Very disappointing - over £2500 on a package that u can’t use

I purchased a Sylvox 65" Partial Sun Outdoor TV for our backyard, and the picture quality and performance have been incredible. Recently, the TV developed a minor hardware display issue after running for a while. I contacted Sylvox customer support, and the experience was hands-down one of the best support experiences I’ve ever had.

​Their representative, Sally, was extremely professional, responsive, and helpful. After their engineering team reviewed the issue, they quickly approved a priority warranty replacement. They shipped a brand-new TV directly to my door and made the return process for the old unit incredibly easy by letting me reuse the new packaging.
​It is rare to find a company that stands behind its warranty so flawlessly and treats its customers with such high priority. The new TV works beautifully, and our backyard entertainment is back in full swing. I highly recommend Sylvox to anyone looking for a high-quality outdoor television and a company that truly cares about its customers!

Phenomenal TV

Phenomenal TV. We are so happy we pulled the trigger and went with Sylvox after looking at several brands of outdoor TVs. We have the pool pro facing (mostly) North and it works great in full sun with barely any shade from our rooftop pergola. Would recommend if you are looking for a quality outdoor TV.

Did not refund after canceling

I purchased a TV online but decided to cancel it. I couldn't reach anyone by phone as the number provided went to voicemail and the other number provided only allowed for a call back request. I disputed the purchase with PayPal and Sylvox claimed they accepted the dispute, but PayPal said that Sylvox never responded. So, my account was still being charged for the purchase over a week after I canceled it and it still hasn't been refunded.

I was contacted unsolicited by Sylvox…

I was contacted unsolicited by Sylvox via WhatsApp after adding an outdoor TV package to my cart. What followed was one of the most confusing sales interactions I’ve experienced.

During the conversation I was provided multiple contradictory prices for what appeared to be the same 65-inch TV and cabinet package, including several dramatically different amounts within the same chat. At various points I was told:

* future promotions would apply,
* then wouldn’t apply,
* that I had a different model in my cart when I did not,
* that pricing had been updated during the conversation itself,
* and later that the issue was due to a pricing system error.

The lower pricing also remained visible in my live cart throughout parts of the interaction. When I raised concerns, I was directed toward alternative products and later referred to company policy regarding pricing errors and order cancellations.

I appreciate that genuine pricing errors can occur. However, the changing explanations and contradictory information throughout a live sales interaction left me with very little confidence in the purchasing process or customer service experience.

I have retained screenshots of the entire interaction.

I’m writing this review in hopes of showing the community how excellence is achieved

I’m writing this review in hopes of convincing the community to support and invest in Sylvox. I had an unfortunate situation with my motherboard on my 24’ RV TV. They recognized the problem and addressed the issue without flinching. They care how they operate and how the community views them. I’d compare them to Patagonia in terms of costumer service. Sally who handled my case was absolutely excellent at communicating and addressing the issue. Super impressed and will always be grateful for their assistance and help. What a great example of how to backup your product. I’m now their biggest fan. Super happy!!! Thank you Sylvox!!!!!

Customer service was great

Customer service was great. The first tv I received would not turn on. I reached out to customer service and after a few checks/suggestions, the tv was deemed as faulty. They sent me a replacement, which has worked great. TV is great quality and can see the picture clearly in the sun.

The Sylvoxtv I purchased (75 inch…cinema

The Sylvoxtv I purchased (75 inch cinema) is one of their flagship models. I encountered problems with the remote not being able to connect to the Bluetooth. I’ve sent in all the information 3x to a sales rep (Jason) who sent me an email telling me they would be sending me a replacement. The following day he again sent me a request for pictures and order numbers. They advertise a number to call but the call is never answered and you are requested to leave a voice mail. I paid 6000.00 for the tv and stand and was refused a replacement remote. I bought a Sylvox remote from Amazon and it works fine. If you decide to buy a Sylvox, purchase it from Amazon and enjoy real honest customer service,
