Long Time Customer ... Use on every new machine
Daniel was extremely helpful. He rates a 15 / 10 for a customer service score.
The product (Sync2) has been a staple on my laptops / tablets for at least the last 15 years. It is reliable and has worked with every version of Office. I rely on it to manage my contacts, calendar, and tasks on my android devices.
It is worth every penny.

The tech was extremely helpful and quick to fix and work on the issue. They were able to quickly take the steps to resolve the issue and ran tests to ensure syncing was occurring between both calendars. I'm only giving 4 stars because 4.5 isn't an option. It would be 5 if there was a little more communication explaining the steps they were taking while resolving.

Money Grabbing Support Team
Have used this product for years, and have always had their support team remote to my machine if ever there was an issue. Until today. NOw they want $40 just to tell me where the 'change default calendar' is. Each time I try to mention how loyal ive been and how i dont need it setting up i just need some guidance i get the same copy and paste - pay money or contact Microsoft. How very disappointing that a company that was awesome has now resorted to copy/paste/demand money

1) Items from calendars all looks the same - no way to identify what is business or personal (which was what I needed - personal on gmail business on outlook.
2) if you uninstall - all items remain on both calendars yielding them useless (unless you go thru a very specific uninstall process).

Whatever you do don't use this product!!!!!!!!!
I use the product to sync my outlook calendar email, and contacts to Gmail. I woke up one morning and the tool had quit working. I called tech support and they pointed out that I had over 30,000 calendar events. And there was nothing they could do to help me.
After careful investigation I realized that they were the same event created on my calendar on the same day.
Tech support had the nerve to accuse me of sitting at my computer and putting 28,000 calendar events in in one day.
And adamantly said their software was not responsible and I should go out and tire a tech person to solve my problem which I have done.
Do not use this company!

Please suggest alternative to Sync2 Cloud
My experiences are like all of the others. Sync2 Cloud doesn't cater for changes, major duplicates with Google Calendar and internmitent syncing problems. Team advised they know of the bugs but would not support me unless I paid for a renewal....even though I'm on the latest version. Can anyone please suggest an alternative? I don't mind paying. I use Outlook Office on my laptop and Google calendar.

I've been using Sync 2 since 2021 now…
I've been using Sync 2 since 2021 now and have found it to be the best for syncing to Android. I purchased lifetime support as well, but when I went to use it last month, they told me my issue wasn't covered. After holding me over the barrel, I paid the $40 US and they quickly fixed the problem in under 5 minutes. I'd have to agree that this company is not the most ethical.
