I chatting with them for 30 min before I paid almost $200 about my issue with my outlook not syncing from my computer to my phone. Was sent and email stating to set up a session for an outlook tuneup session. It was out busiest time of the year so I didn't have time then. Today I reached out to see about that help and was told 'they don't help with that issue' so they took my money KNOWING what was issue was and then said they can't help. And NO PHONE support at all you call and it just says online chat support only! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

This company invades my laptop by sending automated spam emails to my Outlook.
I have blocked them at the IP level as well as in Outlook RULES - but none of these measures helped.
I am furious about being subject to this spamming technique.
When calling them, 4team ADMITTED that this was their method of intruding in my email server.
This practice should be stopped BY LAW.
Privacy Law is seriously violated here!

Absolute con. You'll purchase it once and then a few months later get a link promoting a free upgrade download. This download will then not be included within your current license and you'll have to pay again.
Try to find another way of synchronising outlook with Google.

Sync2 ran fine for 2 months the stopped functioning properly. Team4 blamed Apple, even though their website indicates they support Sync2 but not in this case. They have not tried to reproduce the issue and they have said the fix is 6 months out. The bug involved syncing if you calendar is very busy with changes. They refused to even provide a prorated refund. I cannot recommend this company or their software. Buyer beware.

I purchased and have been using the Sync2 product for three years, but suddenly syncing stopped working. Nothing had changed on my laptop to cause this so I reached out to the company for help. Their solution was to buy the software again.

Update Jan 2026 - So, nearly 4 years after my original review, today I've been contacted by Trust Pilot as 4Team are now querying whether my review is genuine. I was asked to provide "additional" information to verify this - which to the best of my ability I've done. Not sure why it's taken until now? They responded in Jan 2025 (nearly 3 years late) apologising for my poor experience, and must have been able to check my details to know I was a genuine customer. Makes me wonder whether they are trying to get 1 star reviews removed to try and raise their overall rating...

I did the free trial, and then purchased the Sync2 software. I had a bunch of questions, and all of the reps I dealt with were very professional and knowledgeable. The Sync2 software is working well at this point (have only been using a day or so), and syncs my MS Outlook Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks. I have seen some reviews that pout about having to pay the maintenance for the 2nd year, but this is reasonable and many of the software companies have moved to this model.

This is a tool to allow scammers to spoof from your email. Avoid at all costs.

Beware and avoid their Sync2 software! If you have to reset Windows and do a reinstall of their software after the first 12 months then you have to buy the whole thing all over again!! Even if you bought a lifetime licence!

Nice money making scheme for them but completely unethical and at odds with every other piece of software I have ever installed.
