I should have been a little more specific about what I wanted clean, but Shasmin did a fantastic job with the usual areas.

I liked how simple it was to reserve service. The maid arrived on time and got busy right away - she did a great job and I would definitely use this service again.

The process couldn't have been easier and my Cleaner was on time and did a very good job.

I understand that that happens but she should have been honest

Paid for deep cleaning for move-in, including windows and oven. Oven was still filthy as was edges of the closets. Window blinds still had dirt marks all over them. Unacceptable considering I paid over $400 for the service and paid for the cleaner's lunch.

The price and quality of Synergy Maids really added up to a completely satisfactory experience.

I needed a cleaner last minute to do some specific and heavy house cleaning. The company was able to accommodate me the next day and sent a very good cleaner who did everything which I had requested and more.

She came in on time and I have no complaints. Cleaned everywhere spotlessly

and are conscientious about fragile furniture etc. But...I usually have to point out obvious stuff, like crumbs on a floor that had been already vacuumed, or sinks that aren't shining. They willingly redo it and get it right, but it is discouraging to have to point out the obvious.

Synergy Maids Cleaning Service is an amazing company run by incredibly honest and hard-working individuals. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do the job! They are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone for cleaning services!

I highly recommend this service. The cleaning crews are extremely competent and friendly. On time and very professional. The job was completed above expectation.

We wanted this service to work for us...we really did. We overlooked broken trashcans, stained shower curtains, repeated late arrivals, and frustrating customer service.

After months of every-other-week appointments, the service and the providers didn't improve. We aren't petty people so we did not contact customer service about the one-off annoyances, but we were ultimately tired of the expensive surface-level cleaning we were receiving. The agreement began with 2 cleaners bringing their own supplies and ended with 1 cleaner with a small backpack.

It became too much when I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone assuring the rep that my buzzer was, in fact, not broken and that the cleaner must be at the wrong address. The rep didn't believe me because we had had that cleaner before...yet after 20 minutes, the cleaner still wasn't there.

We are looking for a regular cleaning service that doesn't feel like we're reinventing the wheel every time.

I scheduled a one time cleaning to try them out after having tried two other services. I'm impressed!

My hardwood floor looks great and the chrome faucets which are difficult were equally shiny.

I'll be scheduling another service sometime soon.

Have used Synergy three times. Each time, Yanelly (spelling?) has been on time and ready to clean, taking care of not only her usual checklist, but my additions.

Never used to consider this type of thing until I saw a friend getting it done. It takes me about two days to clean my place top to bottom. Takes Yanelly about 3 hours. I'd almost consider professional training if they offered it.. I want to know how to clean like that!!

We've been using Synergy for some months. It's somewhat expensive but they always show up on time and do great work. I highly recommend the service. They work hard and the customer service gets back to you quickly if you need something -- like a reschedule.

I've used Synergy for a few cleanings and by and large they do a good job. I would prefer to have the same team come each time but that doesn't happen so we will probably use them as needed but will continue to look for a regular cleaning person.
