There is no customer support and there is no way to cancel a subscription. I have tried several times now and there is no reaction, so I eill probably have to cancel my credit card to avoid the subscription fee. Looks like a real scam.

I recently tried the months trial but decided not to continue. However it appears that it is impossible to ‘cancel any time’ as all my attempts to cancel have been ignored. I have contacted my bank and they still keep trying to take money for a monthly subscription that I don’t want. Beware.

I wanted to learn Spanish with Marcus as his approach to teaching suit me very well. However I found it so difficult to download and I couldn't find the app at all.
If he could sort out these issues and make the whole process far more streamlined, I would be very happy to try it again. I asked for a refund and it was back in my account within a couple of days, thank you.

This is a scam site - I purchased 3 kings sub many years ago which is meant to be a lifetime subscription. They links and app don't work, I cant download any materials and there is no response from Marcus or the support team despite my many attempts to reach out. I have reported the company and will also do a chargeback via my credit card company if possible. Unbelievable - scamming people in a cost of living crisis is the lowest of the low !

Can’t give zero as it will not allow. Paid my money. No link to start course. No response to emails a completed scam/con do not touch this

It may be the case that Marcus Santamaria's Synergy Spanish is a scam. You pay but there is no link given to a course and there is no response to email. It's just your money disappearing.
