the customer service is only over chat and the staff only gives you bot answers and takes time to respond, so if you have bid or having an issue then it probably won’t be resolved in time. “rebecca kirby” is the person that i was speaking to. thanks

Worst customer experiance I've ever had. Their rep was rude, condisending, confrontational and sarcastic. Refused to answer a question directly which led to me ordering the wrong part wasting my money and in every message showed a complete lack of professtionalism. Was just trying to find a mirror through parts gatewasy and all I got was wasted time and an attitude.

SCAMMERS... ordered parcel shelf frommthere Ebay shop and they sent my wrong parcel shelf for age of car right car wrong year so didnt fit right. Messaged them and was completely ignored. Phone through there call centre and was cut off so opened case with eBay and returned will not be using them again and be aware of this there ebay feedback is simular with constantly ignoring people

Dealt with these guys a couple times now and they've been pretty good each time. This time, I've bought directly from them and they've been very helpful each time I've asked questions or needed clarification. Georgia esperically has been great, she's dealt with my queries a few times now.

Ordered parts through ebay. Cancelled order without first discussing why, but stated "something wrong with delivery address". Shipping information said they would ship to anywhere in the UK, my address is NI (which is part of UK)

This platform misrepresents itself as an auction. The majority of listings are repeatedly relisted due to undisclosed or excessive reserve pricing. Paying a subscription gives you access to inflated prices and non-transparent sales practices. It no longer qualifies as a fair or competitive auction model.

Recently I purchased a car from Synetiq, I had no issues with the car I have purchased many vehicles from them over the years, some cars I repaired and some I sold on this car as it turns out this car was sold the day after I received it from my transport company however a few weeks later I found my account was suspended.
It turns out that the person I sold the car to had in some way made contact with the previous owner, I tried to explain to Synetiq that I wasn’t the owner of the vehicle and tried to find out what had happened.
The person I sold the car to wasn’t very helpful and provided no assistance, however my account is still suspended, I have asked Synetiq to look into this matter and provide any information that they have but they refuse to provide any assistance.
I feel that if personal details were left in the car by the original owner Synetiq should have removed them prior to releasing the vehicle to my transport company, however they have closed my account and will not help me any further, there customer service is very disappointing and of poor quality.
I have tried my very best to solve this on behalf of all parties but have been extremely badly treated by Synetiq.
