Crooks lies over and over
Buying car from there auction always there something they miss out on describing the hide stuff basically deceive you in everything and when you confront them they don’t want to no I bought several cars from there side always issues even parts missing so they even sell parts that are internally that you don’t no about till you get the car and parts missing clearly the have sold them to make extra money someone need to complain to trading standards few complaints and the guys will get a visit

Failure to Resolve Missing Parcel
I am expressing my extreme dissatisfaction with SYNETIQ's customer service and their failure to resolve my parcel delivery issue. I initially raised a complaint on July 1st (reference number 1550 5695 220 910) regarding a parcel confirmed as delivered to an incorrect address.
It has been nearly three weeks, and my item is still missing. My parcel was supposedly delivered to a neighbour named "Waheed" at number 8, which is a cafe, and the owner has confirmed no parcel was received.
The lack of communication and the delay in resolving this matter are unacceptable. I am very disappointed with SYNETIQ's inability to locate my parcel or provide any satisfactory solution.

“Use them at your own risk but these people do not care about you as a customer one bit. They care about one thing only, their profit margins. They will do whatever it takes to squeeze every penny out of you for profit, they do not care at all! Even when it’s clear they’ve made an error by advertising a car as Auto but it’s actually a manual drive. Unwilling to help and just refer to terms and conditions, no acknowledgment for any errors they’ve made. Stay away!!!
