Initially, I had a frustrating experience regarding the amount of waste collected and charges, which led to a dispute.

However, after speaking directly with management, the situation was handled professionally and a fair resolution was reached. They returned to site and completed the collection as agreed, which I appreciate.

While the initial communication could have been clearer, I do recognise that they made a genuine effort to resolve the issue and find a practical solution.

Thank you to Daryl for stepping in and ensuring everything was sorted in the end.

This is the worst company ever had Rubish Collection on site.
Did your driver told me that he will only load up Concrete to dump it because he’s gonna be cheaper for me and I end up paying a full price it’s ridiculous.
Don’t ever use this company guys again.
I had my boys to load up the truck and empty the bags and a truck. The driver didn’t cattle helping them out.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They lied about providing a driver with labour. The driver arrived alone, and my own staff were forced to help and stay over two extra hours, which I had to pay for. Same prices as other companies, but terrible service and zero professionalism.
This company caused unnecessary costs and stress. Avoid them at all costs.

AVOID this company. THE MANAGEMENT have no customer service skills and their attitude is rubbish when it comes to dealing with issues. We were charged a £108 for a chair that was loaded on top of the skip in full view so driver could have removed it or we could have been asked (as all other skip companies do) when queried they said they are too busy to call customers, when the price was questioned they said its in our T&C - this is not true NO PRICES are sent for these items with any bookings, we were willing to pay something but £108 is theft when other companies charge almost half that. In consumer law you must advise customers of any
additional charges first. When this was pointed out they told me they would no longer communicate with me and for my solicitor to write to them !

i had issues with this company before but they kept calling saying they had fixed those issues and we would not have problems anymore - never again, i should not have given them a second chance

if you want good customer service and transparent prices use SKIPIT london who have their own drivers and skips and send clear prices for extras with every booking at reasonable rates

Sytelink belittle other companies but they are just a broker and do not own their skips

Kuba takes all the stress and hassle out of what previously was tiring trying to find skips for as and when you need them

The key to why my experience was great was that the staff members Kash and Orlinda members of the Syte team were knowledgeable, efficient and effective in supporting me with the correct skip for the work I was completing.

It was consistent service both over the phone but from the moment payment was made I had a copy of the invoice for my work records and the strong assurance that the service being discussed would be delivered 100%.

I am so pleased we have discovered you as a supplier that we can work with that if polite efficient and effective.

Real delight to do business with you guys.

Was told the only thing I couldn’t put in the skip was plasterboard then I got charged an extra £220 for other items in the skip which they just took out of my account without authorisation. Literally hardly anything allowed to be in there don’t use this company

Not recommend them at all useless people

They are a broker, the company they arranged for collection gave a collection slot and they came earlier. My wife was at home that time and I was not prepared. They wanted some o the items to be moved out. they did not pick it up, and they charged me a wasted trip fee 25% of the original fee.

They don’t supply anything they are a broker.They are very expensive and lie about everything.
A bad company to deal with.

I have ordered half a dozen skips through Syte Link during the course of our renovation. Sometimes we hold onto the skip for a couple of months as progress slows and sometimes we need a quick turnaround when demolition is occurring.

We always find Syte Link to be very responsive even at very short notice.

But i tend to measure the quality of service when something doesn't go to plan.

There was one occasion when they did not turn up in the appointed time window and arrived later when i had to be somewhere else. Typically there is no problem with access but on this occasion there was and the skip hire went away without exchanging. There was brief discussion whether there would be a penalty because of the failed delivery but that was quickly dismissed by our Syte Link coordinator and the skip hire came back later that day. All ended well.

The problem was handled fairly and sensibly and for that i give Syte Link 5 stars.

I still need another skip or two and hopefully in recognition of my loyalty to Syte Link, i will get a discount next time.

The best skip service we have used so far. I could say that Rachel from Syte Link (Enviro Waste Skip) is a problem solver. All over their service is very professional, prompt response on the phone, no delays on delivery, very supportive with all required information that you may need for hassle free removal of your waste.

It was perfect everything I’ll call anytime I need

All Skips have been delivered on time, which helps the work on site get done faster. Kash and Cuba from the Company have been extremely helpful with processing these orders.

Been using Syte Link for about 3 months now. Kash has been my account manager. This company handles 9 of my sites in London and offer skips concrete and grabs all under one roof. I spend about 20k a month with them and every penny is worth it. Made my life as a PM so much easier! Their customer service is second to none. Kash really knows the industry well and seems to always get me prices cheaper than anywhere else 🙌
