Worst of the worst
Worst of the worst. There is no worse internet and TV provider in Macedonia than Makedonski Telekom.
Given that they are a franchise of the Deutsche Telekom, I would expect more professionalism, better service and good customer support. However, none of the above mentioned is the case with Makedonski Telekom. I would not recommend them to anyone for anything. They are always advertising themselves as the best operator and best internet provider, but if you have any kind of interruption of your services (especially internet and TV), you will either not be able to reach their contact centre, or even if you do reach them they will be rude and you won't see a technician at your address for at least 2 days.
God forbid there is a storm or rain for more than 2 hours, your services will be down immediately.
Worst, worst, WORST experience. Never again.
